They DO NOT offer couples massages, they put me and my husband in separate rooms and called it a couples massage. I have never had a couples massage where we're in two separate rooms. Not to mention that she was stomping around and her phone kept going off during the secession. The massage itself was decent however the overall experience put a bad taste in my mouth. Luckily I kept my panties on because my towel was yanked off and I would've been completely exposed. (My husband wasn't so lucky) Then at the time of payment the lady was extremely demanding on us leaving a tip. I tipped them more than they deserved. I have been getting massages here for a while now and I was finally able to convince the hubby to get a massage with me. Thankfully my hubs vibed so we'll with Joe that coming here has been a regular occurrence for the both of us. Everyone here is super nice, very professional, and have always made our experiences relaxing and comfortable. The time spent here doesn't seem as long as the appointment says and you won't even realize that so much time has gone by until you're gently told that the session is over. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further.
