It is wonderful. Until I accidentally lost my hearing aids in the sand at the beach and when I went in to access my extended warranty they gave me the runaround. Putting me off and putting me off saying that they had ordered them. They just hadn't come in. Here it is. Months later I've been in there four times and each time they said what they just haven't come in. I'm not going back. They did give me demos to wear until mine came in but here it is months later and they still haven't arrived. I will not go back to them. I will not refer people to them if this is the way they want to conduct business.
