Those who are more advanced had options to do things at their level too. After I felt so calm and ready to take on anything that came my way, which significantly helped with my ability to be in the moment for the wedding and let go of control of all the logistics (something I struggle with). All our family in attendance loved the class, including my Mother In Law that is a yoga teacher herself. If you are considering taking her class or having her lead one at your event, do it! We also have been working with Jessie on resilient relationship coaching. It has been very helpful so far in deepening our understanding of each other, supporting each others personal growth, and improving the communication issues we have struggled with over the years. It can be very hard for me to be vulnerable in front of others, but Jessie creates a loving and accepting space that makes it possible to be open and honest in our sessions. Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here.
