They were responsive and a tech came out within a day or two. It turns out the water was due more to my drain hose and had nothing to do with the equipment. The tech then ran through my entire softener to make sure it was operating correctly and left. No charge, although I'd have gladly paid for a service call. Sharp is a top-notch company. My dad recommended them to me after he had a great purchase and install experience. I won't go anywhere else for anything I can get from Sharp.

The water softener they put in is over 15 years old now and never had a problem. We were so happy with the water softener we've had them do some other plumbing work such as changing toilets, installing a whole house reverse osmosis system and adding hose bibs. Same results, excellent work with no issues. They took particular care to make sure they cleaned up after themselves. Have recommended them to over a dozen other people and every one raves about them. Not one complaint which is very unusual for a plumber. Would give Sharp Water Solutions six stars if we could.

While we got a rider for it, the fine print reflects that the product wouldn't be owned by us due to this contract issue. Unfortunately, rather than calling me to calmly & objectively address further notes to ensure it was fully correct and reflective, I got a very unprofessional, disrespectful, and overall concerning call from their director of revenue as he attempted to "resolve" our concerns. Following aggressive, consistent interruption, & innapropriate comments about my family, we opted to discontinue the sale. Our salesman was nice, but we got scammy salesman vibes toward the end and his texts with wink emojis made me uncomfortable. He seemed overall unaware of the detailed aspects of install as well. Their product seems great but ultimately they lost the sale due to a level unprofessionalism I've never encountered. I would not recommend them due to these challenges. With 20+ companies in the valley that offer similar services & this being a very large investment, I expected more.

I called and spoke with Bruce. I told him what I had and what I wanted to do. I told him I was able to disconnect the units from the system and drain them. I brought both tanks to him for service. Bruce was a pleasure to deal with as he was knowledgeable and told me exactly what needed to be done. A few days later I picked up my tanks and reinstalled them in about an hour. If you have a water softener or carbon filtration system and have not serviced the units in several years, Pacific Water is the place to have them serviced at. I should have said No. These large companies with fleets of vehicles have a lot of overhead and mouths to feed. Item codes are used to bid a job versus the actual parts/labor is really takes. My simple P-trap repair? $150.00 -- 20 minutes of time and the plumber was already here doing other work. The next time we need a plumber, we're supporting the small independent guys.
