Well after 4 to 5 minutes the young lady comes out with the installed battery and hands it to me. I place on my arm and she informs me that John will only charge $10.00 I said thank you. Paid the $10.00 looked at the watch noticed it wasn't running, she took it to the back and returned with it not running then John Brasfield says something is wrong with the mechanism however it was working for years till the battery ran down. So I ask for my $10.00 back however I left without my money. All this said this experience brought back a bad experience from mid 1980 with John Brasfield which I mentioned to him today. I had taken a Rolex in which was a gift to me I thought it needed a battery, he tells me that the watch needs cleaning so I leave it return to pick it up pay $70.00 placed on my arm and leave get home. Next day place back on arm isnt running tell John leave it again go back day or 2 pick up again same deal again watch stops running again tells me he will clean again. Go back several days later same deal He tells me nothing more he can do. Now at this point he has been paid $70.00 for services I still have a watch that doesnt run RIBBED OFF years go by I forgot about this old experiance till today.

I hate to leave a negative review, so just read this as a warning- Watch repair? Sure- But if you…read morehave a vintage actual CLOCK, I'd recommend you go elsewhere- Here's my experience: I have a Fashion clock from 1869 that has been in my family since its initial purchase- It was left to me explicitly by my Grandmother, who told me when I was a child a bit morbidly that she was going to "be in the clock" for me after she died- It has kept time for my whole 53 years with no issues, other than the clapper on the bell losing some of its strength- A couple months ago, it would stop working after 5-10 minutes of being started/wound- I contacted Memphis Mean Time and was assured it was definitely in their wheelhouse to repair- Just driving it there gave me a bit of anxiety because it had not left my possesion EVER- I dropped it off and was explained that the bench fee just for diagnosing it was 50$ and repair could easily run over 500$- As this was a family piece of more sentimental value than ANYthing in my possesion, including my house, of course I agreed to the terms, which were confirmed multiple times upon me (I guess I should have dressed nicer)- So, after a week or so, I get a voicemail informing me that the clock is "not fixable" and I could come pick it up- Hearing it was "not fixable" was extremely distressing, as it had worked non-stop for my family since the Civil War- So I went to pick it up, and a different gentleman was behind the counter- He told me his tech was out on a job and was unaware of my work order, and I could "look around" for my clock- It was on the floor behind me on its back with its middle spire missing- He gave me a blank look when asked about the spire, so I wrote a note to the tech about said missing spire and left with my clock- As I drove home I noticed the second hand post was touching the clock face and wondered if that could be causing the malfunction- I got home, adjusted the face so it wasn't up against the post, and the clock started working again, and has solidly for the past 3 weeks- So it was NOT "unfixable"- I didn't get a call back about my missing spire so I sent a text to the tech- After sending photos of me in the with the clock en route to their shop with a red arrow to the spire, he told me he'd look for it- No contact back, so the next day, I contacted him and was sent a picture of a brass spire that of course wasn't mine and was nothing like my clock's missing piece- So, after a week of back and forth communications, always initialized by me, Im without the center spire on my clock- Despite multiple family moves over the past century and a half, this clock has remained intact and working- Until I took it to Memphis Mean Time, handed them 50$, and was told it was "not fixable"- So if you have a watch needing a battery, go for it- Otherwise, I'd recommend you look elsewhere until these guys get their act together

We had the privilege of meeting and working with Joshua Mills to create my engagement and wedding…read morerings. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a special piece of jewelry. He is inviting, warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate - I'm nervous by nature and he assured me that everything would be perfect and this process is going to be exciting. This couldn't be more true. My boyfriend just ordered the engagement ring and I can say with absolute certainty that this experience would have been 100% different without Joshua's guidance. He gives phenomenal customer service, has a knack for design (he sketched out my dream ring the very first time we met - I didn't even know I had a dream ring), and it doesn't feel like he's trying to "sell" us anything. We went from clueless to confident after meeting with him just a couple of times. We haven't known him long, but my partner and I would both consider Joshua a friend. He is talented, incredibly patient, and is still providing us with an amazing experience during such an exciting moment in our lives. I cannot thank him enough.

They were incredibly patient, took the time to answer every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. After hearing so many horror stories about buying a Rolex through an authorized dealer, I honestly wasn't expecting much. Thankfully, my experience couldn't have been more different. Kelsey kept me informed throughout the process, and the exact Rolex configuration I requested arrived much sooner than I ever expected. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made what can often be an intimidating purchase feel exciting and enjoyable. If you're looking for exceptional service and a team that truly cares about their customers, look no further!
