I took three watches there, one for a watchband, one for a link out…read more and one in particular as it was my dad's to have it cleaned to see if that would get it working and to please call with estimate of any work that needed to be done to make it work. No phone call. I called and left messages and texted. Finally two weeks later I drove there in person. I was handed my dad's watch and a billing for $165 for "cleaning." They polished the watchband! They never opened the watch to see what was wrong with it!! For a watch repair to not open a watch is insane. I wanted it opened, the gears cleaned and an estimate of any repairs as it was not working. So they polished a band and wanted $165. All of this taking place through a Lucite barrier like a money exchange and the woman had to use Google Translate to speak to me. I was not paying that. Luckily I had the watch in my hand. I told her I would pay her $20 for polishing the band and the cost of the other two watch items, a band and a removal of a link. She argued and I told her to call the cops because I was not going to be extorted and didn't want to walk out like I was doing something wrong. She then relented. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM OR A FRONT FOR SOMETHING. Stay away!!!!
