Unfortunately, when she moved on from TRT to Taylor Street, my experience as a client quickly declined and shifted to the other end of the spectrum. It's been a poor experience since then. My management agreement expired earlier this year, however TRT charged me a cancellation fee for the agreement expiring. I do not have high hopes that TRT will fulfill their remaining duties outlined in the agreement given that there's confusion with the English language and what the words "expired" and "cancelled" mean.
