I started coming to GMPT in October 2025. The moment I walked in, I met Cathy. She helped with all of the paperwork, setting up my appointments and she continued to be a welcoming face every time I checked in. I was so impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, feels like family the way they really care about getting you better. The individual treatment rooms provide privacy, and the Therapists spend one on one time doing treatment at every visit. Also liked having 2 therapist that work with you and know you personally, not just seeing whoever is available with a different person doing a different treatment each time as experienced at other PT places. Gold Medal Physical Therapy in Bel Air is top notch. Their entire office is one well oiled machine with the heart of a family! Everyone is kind and caring. The staff are all polite and have a good balance of professional and friendly casual. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The location is super close to where I live, so that's a bonus too. I came in by recommendation from my docter for hip pain. The PT's do a wonderful job working with me to loosen up my muscles. They're also punctual and efficiant. I only had one time where I was waiting for my PT for about half an hour- but she was dealing with a semi-emergency. Otherwise its been very pleasant. read more

I received therapy for my total knee replacement and shoulder repair. The staff , from the secretaries to the therapist and the assistance were excellent!!
