Tom and Patty appraised their value and helped me get them into ideal condition for gifting them to others.

I asked a gal eating Starbucks near the door if she had any idea when they left. "They were closed when I got here ten minutes ago". I called to see if maybe the Angels location was more well run. The gal there was VERY nice and told me they get a thirty minute lunch on Sundays. So I opted to wait. At 2:50, after I'd been waiting a half hour, a gal drove up. When I stood up to come in out of the heat, she said, "I have to clock in" and locked the door behind her. So I stood in the parking lot another ten minutes. I was pissed by now but decided to give her a chance. If she said something friendly like, " Sorry for the wait," or "come on in," I'd swallow my frustration. Nope. Just unlocked the door. So I left. The place gets dreadful reviews so maybe I dodged a bullet. I'll find someone else to activate my items. If there'd been a return time, I could have run an errand. If she'd said, "hi! Come on in. I'll be with you in a minute. I have to clock in," I would have been okay too. Instead she, and by extension Russel Whetever, showed little concern for curtained satisfaction.

I will not be back because I don't like being ripped off. Been working nearly 2 months with…read morecorporate because the store didn't honor a single promotion on the 3 phones we purchased. I found out from corporate the staff is supposed to write up what the agreed upon promotions and prices were, but that never happened. They said we qualified for a promo we didn't qualify for, so corporate ate $1,000 on this store's screw up. They only did so because I called within the 14 day return period and was going to return the phones. They won't honor my husband's promo, so we're paying $400 more than what we planned there. They said he can't get his traded in phone back, or else we would've return his new phone. It took 3 hours just to get two of the phones activated. The person who activated didn't apply the device credits like I asked, then when I reminded him to again, he said it was too late. There's $30 I lost. He said I was supposed to give my down payment when I ordered the phones. But when I ordered the phones, the gentleman who helped us then said they wouldn't take the down payment until we pick up the phones. The activation took so long because the gentlemen who placed the order did so incorrectly and the phones had all these error codes. Everything needed to be backed out and re-entered. Only none of the promotional prices were applied, so we were charged full price on all 3 phones. Once the two phones were finally activated, they sent us home with phones that weren't set up because it was after closing. Yet, they charged $25 per phone to set them up on top of the $40 charge per phone to activate them. Since I've never been able to call the store and get a live person and their voicemail is always full, I also worked with corporate to get $50 back on the two phones I had to set up. This was the worst phone purchase experience I've ever had, and I have zero trust in them. I never had issues working directly with a Verizon store. I didn't even realize this was a third party dealer until after the purchase (the storefront says Verizon). Next time, I will go to a Verizon store or Best Buy in Sacramento because I always had good experiences doing so. This store has cost me hundreds of extra dollars than what we agreed to and hours of time spent on the phone with corporate. If you order phones from them, please be sure you get the agreed costs and promotions in writing.
