I needed a delicate ring bracelet resized and they were so helpful in making sure the resizing was perfectly completed. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they completed the resizing within just a few days. They took an expensive piece of jewelry I was previously unable to wear, wearable! I can't wait to wear it. I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. They took pictures and my measured my true ring size for me to provide to my jeweler in NY all for free and just to be helpful. I will definitely go to them for all my jewelry needs. read more

Everyone was friendly and made us feel like friends rather than customers. Then, my mom passed away in August. I ordered a pendant from the mortuary with her fingerprint on the front and "Mom" with her birth and death dates on the back. My daughters loved it so much that they each wanted one too. In my grief and busyness I forgot to have "Mom" changed to "Grandma." I called Mike and he told me to bring the pendants in to look at. Wow, what can I say!? This place is absolutely amazing. I brought them my wife's ring that was custom made for us when we were in our 20s on our 20 year old budget. The most excellent customer service and top notch, quality work! I took 3 rings in for repair and couldn't be more pleased! I'm in love with all the work done, but this review is to highlight the largest job. My engagement ring and wedding band were worn by time and missing some of the smaller diamonds. Mike looked them over, provided honest opinions and repair options. Once work began on our Plan A for my engagement ring, it became evident that it wasn't a good option. The ring was just too worn to hold new stones long term. Sure, it could have been fixed to get it out the door, but that's not how this business works. Quality, lasting repairs and customer satisfaction are top priority here! Again, I was given several options and suggestions to consider. I opted for a full restoration of this ring and WOW! It's even prettier than when I first put it on my finger! The outside rows were completely removed and replaced with 2 new diamond bands. The diamond size in the new bands are a bit larger than what was there, and are an almost identical match to the diamond wedding band I had been wearing. That band (not pictured) was repaired and placed in my jewelry box, as my new ring is absolutely perfect the way it is! I'm in love with my rings (all 3!) and am so grateful for the outstanding service I received. Every person I communicated with, as well as all the behind the scenes work, gets an A+! I was referred by the book store next door. I went there to purchase a symbolic ring. One way or another, we for to the conversation of repairing a chain I hold dearly, and that's when the book store employee refered me to you. I am for ever grateful because I was greeted by a friendly staff. To my surprise, a Christian who understands the love we share for God. We spoke for a few minutes and I left my chain there on a Wednesday. By Friday, I had gotten a text. Keep in mind they had promised the repairs to b completed by the following week, I was surprised by their willingness to get it done before expected. The customer service is phenomenal and this I witnessed. They take their time with guest and they care about their needs. It is rare to see something alike since COVID, but they made me feel important and went behind my expectations to meet my needs. The chain was a gift from my daughters and it means the word to me.
