I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. The lady who assisted me was friendly and offered a reasonable price, so I approved the repair. When I picked up the bracelet, the staff noticed a missing stone.
