She offered to hold the drum for me all week since I couldn't get there until Saturday. I work in North Dallas and it was still a bit of drive to Denton, but boy was it worth it. I asked a question about the drum to the owner, Glen, and the first words out of his mouth were, "I know that I'm taking off $15.00 because of a slight tear on the drum head!" I hadn't even noticed it! He then offered to help me whenever I wanted to replace the drum head in the far future. His employee was also very nice.
