His name is Bill and he is always willing to work with you rather it be a loan, layaway or something you are selling or buying. He is all about customer service. My husband does a lot of business in here. Unlike a lot of the Cash Americas who have lost their sense of customer service this shop is all about customer service. They have a great selection of firearms, jewelry, musical instruments, tools, movies and so much more. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I saw one employee patiently answering kids questions about items while their parents shopped. He also helped me in finding the tools section, which is downstairs in the basement of the building'.
