I have been going here for about 5 years! Saying I LOVE this place is an understatement! My friend and I drive an hour to go here! This is the absolute best and cleanest nail salon I have ever been to! I'm a flight attendant and have been stuck getting my nails done all over the US when I can't get back home. Everyone is so nice! I love that I can get my nails done while getting a pedicure. All of the techs do a great job! Most places you can't. You don't need an appointment. Lang always have enough staff present so you hardly have to wait when you are a walk-in. Lang also shows his appreciation to his customers at different holidays. I used to visit here often and today will be my last visit. I went in for a mani / pedi, spent the entire time saying no thank you to the constant up-selling, and received a very poor pedicure where Kelly didn't file my nails or clip cuticles and then painted more skin than nail. The manicure wasn't much better. She barely filed my nails and then I actually had to ask for lotion, no massage. At some point, I didn't care, I just wanted out of there. I went with 2 friend for a mani pedi. their experience was a little better than mine, but they said they would never return. there is only one good thing I can say about mine, I like the color of polish I picked out. He rushed through mine, slapped some lotion on my legs rubbed it in, never scrubbed my rough heels, no foot massage. I asked for some water and was told they didn't have any. then he gave me a manicure while sitting in the pedicure chair. I had to hold my hands up in the air during the process. we were hoping for a nice relaxing couple of hours because one friend had lost her daughter but instead got the opposite. Let's start with aesthetics- very clean and inviting salon, open and easy check in! Loved that. Upon check in they have a rewards program- also loved that. Service- was clean, fast and friendly. Got my claws done by Jada- excellent job. You could tell she was very articulate and professional. Will be back to see her. They had drinks to enjoy while getting your nails done- beer, wine, champagne, water. They even had little chocolates offered with water. Prices were good (only got the SNS) which was $40. The manager was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was great and very clean. But it felt like that's what I was paying for. I wasn't paying for the quality of nails, I was paying for their expensive atmosphere. I won't go back, I didn't get the nails o wanted and I was just argued with when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Plus paying $20 for each mail for a design is insane. I have gotten my nails done for many years, majority of the time a different design in each nail and never paid that much. Out of their minds. They're not terrible, but I wanted coffin and this is more like a mix match. Plus none of my nails turned out straight or the same shape. I just want what I'm paying for. I was a walk-in, but was still seen quickly and was treated kindly by staff who checked in on me and others regularly. Kelly took care of me today, and was incredibly talented, quick, and kind. I've been a customer here before for pedicures for myself and young niece and was pleased with my experience. This time I took my elderly mom as well as my niece and myself. I made it clear for my niece a full pedi but my mom only wanted her toenails cut and nothing else. The woman kept trying to force my mom into more than she wanted after several times of her trying to force my mom I eventually had to tell her no it's what my mom wants not what u want. She was very unpleasant with my mom for not getting the extra which angers me and to top it off for the first time in 20yrs that I've been getting pedicures she kept trying to force me to give her my card and pay while I still was in the middle of my own pedicure. I won't ever go back one thing I don't play about is my mom. I hope other senior citizens in the future receive a better experience read more

Royale' Nails Spa is in the old (Regions) bank space. Google Maps wasn't precise so I hope this helps. The wait on July 4th was about an hour around noon time. It's sort of understandable as their staff was limited, and this place was one of two nail spots open on the 4th. And of course everyone wants to go out and get their nails done on this particular day (like us -- lol). They gave us water and some Gardetto's and let us relaxed on the pedicure chairs so the wait wasn't painful. My gf treated me to some much needed self-care time. She choose the Royale' signature pedicure package which lasted about 45 mins. Eh. I guess it's close enough to the advertised 55 mins. The treatment was super relaxing with the massages. The hot stones and hot towel wrap were superb. I personally loved the paraffin treatment (?) which wrapped my feet in a lotion/oil base within a bag and towel bootie. It was a deep conditioning treatment that my feet were thankful for. The young gal cutting my nails seemed careful, but perhaps she was too careful as she cut my cuticle too deeply, and it hurt for a couple of days. :/ And she cut my nail a little too short so when she filed it, I cringed a little as it scraped along the sensitive part of the skin. The "flowery" soothing water was interesting... I was wondering if they used real flowers. The flower petals they had appeared to be fake. But I'm not super sure. The appearance was so, but who knows. Perhaps they soaked it in a fragrance. The overall package seemed like it had a few frills, but I definitely enjoyed the extra lotions and massages with this package. I'd say my experience with the cuticle cut made it right around a 3 1/2 experience; it just hurt like a super bad paper cut. read more

I was hopeful to find a good salon near my new home but unfortunately I was highly disappointed with the service I received from this salon. The man at the front (owner I assume) was very friendly and set a wonderful tone for the beginning of my first visit to this salon but soon after everything went down hill. I had made an appointment but had to wait almost 30 minutes before anyone got to me. I was fine with waiting I understand Sundays are a busy day no matter where you go so no biggie. However, the lady that did my pedicure continuously laughed at my leg hairs (have a wax scheduled the end of the week before a trip to Vegas) not only did she laugh at it she kept getting other technicians attention to point it out very obviously in front of many other customers. Then it gets worse. After the pedicure I moved over to get a full set with gel. While this lady was very nice she cut up my cuticles, the tips are not all straight and some are not even the correct width to match my nails shape, they are too thick, gel on the underside on some nails, not all the same length and they are not even close to the same almond shape. The manicure felt extremely rushed. I still paid full price and tipped more than I should have, but I will never return. read more

My nails are too long and uneven, rough textured, I told her I wanted them natural and short sns French with a skin neutral powder not a pink or light pink. They look fake like I did them myself. I kept telling her natural and shorter but they look terrible like cheap acrylic. My toes are unevenly painted and not painted all the way and I paid for the upgrade the nail tech asked me to do for the collagen and she barely did all the services it claims it has and I still have callus and uneven paint. Do not go here!!!!!!!! This please just butchered my nails. I left bleeding and the manager said I should pay for this service. I am the mother of the groom on Saturday and this place made me leave crying! The manager was a jerk and Andy made my nail beds swell and turn purple because of his carelessness. I will have to go somewhere tomorrow and pray they can somehow fix this. I am so disgusted with the treatment I received here. I hope I don't get end up having an infection! She was working on my nails right when the appointment time started & never left her chair( most nail salons I have visited often have workers that get up and walk somewhere to get something ) She was done with my "SNS Ombre pink to white" nails in 45 minutes! This was my first and last time patronizing Royale Nail Spa. The service was subpar and the nail techs Justin and Helen were rude. Both techs behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. The nail tech Justin was rough with my nails although I conveyed to him that my nail had broke and it was painful. He was smacking his lips when I pulled back my hand because he was hurting my nail. The nail tech Helen was hitting my leg when she wanted me to put my leg back into the water or out of the water in a rude manner. My manicure and pedicure was awful and the place was giving racist vibes. Also, when my daughter attempted to ask her tech Tran to fix two of her nails that he did not do well he used profanity and then tried to play if off with a little laugh. The attentive service from the owner was phenomenal but the 2 woman who did my mani/sns and pedi seemed annoyed- as if if they didn't want to be there. The woman who did my nails rushed with the SNS- dipped several times but only applied the liquid adherence 2x. My nail tech "Henry" was horrible after telling him what I wanted with an attitude he then replied you don't want that so after that moment I was in for a rude time. Both my girls and I where rushed thru the process my one daughter even had to come back in once she was done for them to fix it but here I am now 2 days later and my nails are already peeling off!! After spending $200 you would thing you would get your money's worth. We go every 2 week and this "salon" has just lost out on my $400 - $600 a month!!
