I selected this business without researching it solely based on price. I never received the email confirmation email, so I'm very glad I took a screenshot of the booking because you have to provide that information at check in. The front of the lot looks like a chop shop with cars on stands being worked on. It made me very uneasy. They have you wait at the front until the shuttle to the airport comes, which doesn't seem to have a set schedule. You follow the shuttle to an open space and park. The driver was pleasant enough. When I got back to the airport after my trip, it was a fiasco. I called to let them know I needed pick up and was told to wait at spot 34. I waited for nearly 30 minutes and when the shuttle showed up, it drove right by. I had to chase it down to space 39 and when I got there, the driver yelled at me to open the door and get in. It took me a minute to get the door open and he copped more of an attitude with me. When we got back to the lot the driver demanded to know where I parked. The lot isn't marked, so all I could say is that I was near the back. He shot down the aisle and periodically slammed the breaks to bark at me if this was the spot. I finally saw my car and said so, but he kept going a bit further. He again didn't make any attempt to open the door and yelled at me because the release to close the door is on the inside of the door. **1 Star - Extremely Poor Experience** I would not recommend this parking service. When we returned from our trip, we waited **almost 2 hours** to be picked up from the airport. There was only **one driver** available to shuttle customers, and several people had to continue waiting because there wasn't enough room. The company appears to be severely understaffed. Once we finally reached the parking lot, our experience got even worse. We waited another **15 minutes** before someone arrived with the car keys. Our vehicle was parked with another car positioned extremely close behind it, making it very difficult and risky to back out without hitting the other vehicle. We drive a **Honda Odyssey**, so there was very little room to maneuver. When we politely asked the employee to move the car behind us so we could safely back out, he initially refused, saying he had no time and that he didn't care if the cars got scratched. Only after repeatedly explaining that it was unsafe and asking him to help did he finally move the vehicle. From the time we requested pickup at the airport until we were finally able to leave with our car, the entire process took **about 3 hours**. If you're looking for reliable airport parking with timely shuttle service and professional customer care, I would avoid this place. They appear to be **understaffed and overcrowded**, which resulted in long delays and a very frustrating experience. read more

Do NOT use this company!! I should have trusted my gut when I got there and found out it is a long thin lot where they stack cars two and three deep. You park yourself, but then they take your keys in case they have to move your car. I got back from my trip and waited over an hour for the shuttle. They said "shift change, we'll be there soon", then stopped answering both of the lines. My party of 3 and another that was waiting ended up sharing an Uber to the lot. Finally got there and my car was under a tree that absolutely covered it with dirt, leaves, and some type of green berry. 0 stars. This place is absolutely terrible!! First of all when I arrived the shuttle was "too busy" so I had to uber or wait 45 minutes after arriving early. I didn't have time to wait so I Ubered. I came back and called to be picked up at the designated pick up spot. I called and they said the van is on the way. It was not. I waited for 50 minutes. No can ever came. I had to order yet another uber back to my car. When I got there the employee was almost in tears. So overwhelmed with at least 15 angry customers wondering where their ride is, where their cars are and where their money is. So many people with so many different issues is a huge red flag. When I was pulling out after I had to physically find my keys myself from the box that holds all keys (definitely could have stolen anyone's keys) the guard rail would not rise unless a QR code was scanned. It told me my code is invalid, I pressed the help button but of course no one came to help. I had to pay another $50 for parking that I had already paid for AND the shuttle didn't even pick me up either tome. This company should not be in business. I called today to talk to a manager and see about getting a refund for the double payment. The manager is on vacation so I have to call when he is back in order to get assistance. Worst experience of my life with any company or business. I have never seen something so incredibly unprofessional and I have traveled world wide. I recently used Gold Park Orlando for overnight parking while I was out of town, and my experience was extremely disappointing, to say the least. On my return, I was left waiting for well over two hours for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. After multiple phone calls and no clear answers, I had no choice but to pay $35.00 for an Uber to take me back to the lot. Incredibly frustrating after a long day of travel, and the lack of communication was beyond unprofessional. When I finally arrived at the lot, the on-site staff, including an employee named Sebastian, were apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned about the situation. Sebastian even offered to refund my parking fee due to the inconvenience, which I appreciated. The parking fee was only $20.00..However, after following Sebastian's instructions to submit the receipt to them via email, I got nothing but delays, deflection, and a complete lack of accountability. So they or rather Sebastian had me again waste time.. I do not need nor do I want the refund. The issue is not about the money; it's about the poor customer service and the company's failure to follow through on commitments. If Sebastian was not empowered to make good on his offer, then that's a serious internal issue that reflects badly on Gold Park Orlando. I'm not expecting any further resolution. The lack of communication, reliability, and accountability were major issues here, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. Would not use again. read more

I will never, ever park here again when flying out of MCO. This place is HORRIBLE! We were lucky in the fact our car and items in the car were not damaged, and we were even more lucky that our car wasn't 100% blocked in; although, it did take my husband about 10 minutes of maneuvering to get us out of the "parking space." We arrived to fly out around 3am. They scanned our virtual parking pass because I had purchased parking here online in advance. They led us to a parking space, and let me tell you, I use that term loosely as it wasn't a parking space so much as just a place on the side in the grass. We parked just as a bus was about to leave, so we didn't have to wait for one. I was trying to keep a good outlook even though I was seriously scared because this place was pretty shady looking. We had a good bit of heavy luggage. The driver of the shuttle didn't even attempt to help us load it on the shuttle and didn't even say so much as, "Hello." She looked like one of the most pissed off people on the planet. The drive to the airport was horrible. So bumpy and the "driver" couldn't drive worth a damn... slamming on brakes, taking curves to fast, etc. Other people on the bus were verbally complaining on the ride to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, the driver kept her seat and didn't bother to help or acknowledge one single person. Just kept looking ahead, turning around every now and then to see how much progress people were making getting their luggage off and sighing because apparently it was taking everyone too long. Ok. I have to admit, I was scared we were going to come back to something being wrong with our car, but we have really good insurance and had nothing of high value in our car and we were heading out to spend Christmas with our family. Kept my spirits up! Then we returned 10 days later... oh my. We returned around 1am and went to the shuttle pickup area. We called as per instructed and they said a bus had just left and would be there in 10 minutes. Awesome. NOT. After almost 30 minutes I called again and was told the bus was on it's way and to be patient by someone who sounded extremely annoyed. Well, I had been on a flight since 8pm, so yea, I was a bit tired and pissy myself. For 45 minutes, we watched other shuttles come and go from the same companies before we ever saw the ONE shuttle bus for Gold Star (see photo for how ragged the shuttle is). Again, same pissy driver who had a word for no one. She just opened the doors and sat there staring at everyone dragging their luggage on. There are no straps or anything to secure the luggage. All of the passengers were complaining about this before we ever left the shuttle area. It was obvious everything was going to come crashing down, so I began recording. Sure enough, not far into the ride, everything came crashing onto the couple sitting across from all the luggage. I will be contacting corporate and sending them this footage as it is dangerous! Also, the driver once again weaved and sped and slammed on brakes to stop. Arrived and she opened the door and just like before continued to sigh in annoyance repeatedly. Never again. No way. I will pay a small fortune to park at MCO in the future. Do not use this airport parking. You have been warned. read more

I've been a customer for a long time, but it seems they now have different management, and I was treated very poorly. I needed to be at Terminal C, but instead, they abandoned me at Terminal A, even though I asked the driver to take me to Terminal C, and he refused. I had to walk with my eight-year-old daughter, and my flight was very early, so I needed to get to the gate quickly. I explained to the driver that my terminal was C, but he still refused to take me and left me behind. On the way back, I called them at 11:52 AM to request a pick-up at Terminal C, since their ticket indicated a pick-up point there, but they never came. I waited from 11:52 until 12:15, and when they still hadn't arrived, I made numerous calls. Finally, after the third or fourth call, around 12:32 PM, they told me they hadn't gone to Terminal C, but to Terminal A, and now it would take another 25 to 30 minutes on top of the 40 minutes I had already waited. At that point, I had an extremely important appointment and had to take an Uber to retrieve my car from Golden Parking, paying out of my own pocket. Moreover, I was met with sarcasm from one of their employees. Instead of an apology, he laughed, and even the Uber driver was shocked by the employee's attitude. I felt utterly humiliated and had a terrible experience. I do not recommend anyone use this company. Sometimes they offer a discount of 4 or 5 dollars on the total rate, but it's not worth it. Other more reliable companies do pick up at Terminal C regularly. So, if you don't want a bad experience, spend a little more. The difference is usually about 5 dollars, but it's worth choosing a more professional company. read more

only get one star because i cant give less. do not use them. the over book the lot. they ask you to leave your keys so they can move your car as needs be. our experience started when you pulled in and were asked for the keys. we said no, so they parked us in another spot and i kept my keys. the problems really came from when we came back. I called 3 times in a 1.5 hr time frame looking for a van for pick up from the airport. my wife called 2x in the same hour. not to mention the other 3 families that were also calling for a ride. we were told multiple times that drive is on his way, driver is just now getting on 528, the driver just left the yard. when the driver finally showed up we asked whats going on he said he no idea what we are talking about. when the driver put the van in gear to back up i started a timer and stopped it when we hit the yard 7:21 mins. then this is where the real issues happened. all 3 families were parked in. the driver attempted to move only one car from each of the cars and told us that was enough room. one gentleman told him to move the other car, which the driver didnt want to and caused a argument. after a while he got keys for the other car and spun out in front of me and pulled into a spot near my car. there is no way i would drive someones car like that in this area. cars are parked 2 deep and 3 car sideways behind them. the moved one car for me to get out, which would have been fine until the spin out car was parked in a fit of rage. i asked several times to have it removed so i could get out 2 seperate drives asked me you sure you cant get out? would you like me to get you out? which i said no to. this whole thing took me 2hr from when i landed to me getting on the road to get home after my long day for traveling. if your looking for a cheap place to park and dont car about strange people in your car, your car being damaged, have hrs to kill after your trip. this place is your you. i would use anyone else but this lot. read more

Very negative experience and would never use this lot again, regardless of the price. the operation seems shoddy. the lot was dark, sketchy and rather chaotic. cars were jammed together which made it nearly impossible to wedge our car out. Another issue was that? we spent well over a half hour at the airport waiting for the shuttle, yes, after 10 minutes and we called, we were told that it was enrouten would be there momentarily (another customer told us he had waited more than an hour and was similarly misled about the ETA of the shuttle. read more

SCAM ALERT Came back to my car being blocked in and took a half hour to get someone to move the car behind me. Turn my car on and finally leave and see my tire pressure light is on, I check all my tires and they are all at exactly 20psi. SCAM ALERT, they are letting pressure out of your tires so you go to them to ask for help with it and have to pay for it. I waited 2 weeks to post this to see if it was my tires, NOPE...they havent lost any air. They literally let air out of your tires while it is parked there to try and get more money out of you. I have a portable inflater and drove the f*** out and am never using them again. read more

No one who answers the phone can do it and they tell you to call back the next day at 6am to speak with Trin. You do that and they say call back at 10am and speak with Roy and the sham continues!! And if you send an email to the address they provide it will be rejected as undeliverable!! If they can't find my reservation to cancel it, how would they have found it when I arrived? I was very disturbed about an employee in your Company that drives the Shuttle. When boarding the shuttle he asked us which airline. We told him Lufthansa. He told us that is Terminal C. We boarded the shuttle. Then on the way to the airport he asked us again which Terminal. Apparently he hadn't remembered what he just told us. I told him Terminal C. He then said they don't go to Terminal C after having already boarding the shuttle. I was upset and said. "What the hell". At that point he nearly became violent towards me, my wife and with my 10 year old son in the car. He then began to continue accusing me that I swore at him. I apologized several times but it did not change his violence towards me and my family. When trying to explain the website states Terminal C drop-off includes a charge he refused to honor or listen. Instead he put gloves on and pretended to threaten me and my family with gestures of violent behavior. I was very disturbed by his acts and did not feel safe while he drove us to airport. I have never experienced such a lack of professional service. He was a bully and beyond reproach. He should not remain in your employ as he poses a risk. read more

My experience was horrible, I took a trip to Japan and nearly missed my flight due to us leaving so late (I arrived 2.5 hrs early). Upon my return (Over 16 hr travel day) , I called 4 times and waited at the airport for 45 minutes thinking someone would come, newsflash no one showed. I then called an uber to get me to the lot and asked for a refund ($32) for the uber that I had to call, the attendant straight up told me "no it's not my fault, it was your decision to call the uber". He also told me "I don't just work for you, I've been busy today I was coming to get you". This information was false, and I know so because my itinerary changed due to my connecting flight to Orlando being cancelled and rebooked a day later. Therefore, he had no idea that l would be arriving nor the time. Getting in after midnight it's a blast finding your car... exactly what you want to do is ride around the parking lot pressing g the emergency button your key lob. They also are lax when they are supposed to pick you up. The last time I was waiting by post 13 and I watched the guy just drive on by and down the exit. So I call again for pickup. Unfortunately a terrible experience. In a hurry to book parking for our christmas trip we chose Gold park and would suggest this to no one. Prices were severely increased due to the holiday and we failed to check yelp reviews ahead of time but they had a 3.5 star online so we booked. When we got there it was a very sketchy lot and he took our keys and told us it would be valet... no mention on the website. I felt unsettled and unsafe with this but went ahead because we had a flight to catch. They stuffed the cars in like sardines and our car was blocked in when we did get back. The driver said normal wait time is 45 minutes with DELAYS up to 90 minutes. The driver said and I quote "If you don't want to wait take an UBER." (9 months ago wait time was 67 minutes.) My car was blocked in by a car with a dead battery. I had to help push the dead battery car so I could leave! Unbelievable! I have seen MCO parking websites list Gold Park as 5 stars. We chose this park because it was the most economical and we had used it before without issue. Yesterday we arrived to pick up our vehicle after a ten day stay. It was a long wait for the shuttle. When we called for pickup we were told it was on the way. Not. The lot was double parking vehicles and we should hav ebeen asked for our keys so they could make sure it was not blocked in. Wwe were not. The driver feared we would be blocked in but somebody figured it out in advance and we wer not blocked in. We were parked under a tree that was shediing what looked like red berries. They were stuck to the hood and roof. We had zero visibility through teh windshield. Wipers could not remove them all. QWe went to a soft touch car wash and the brushes barely made a dent. We then went to a wand wash and it got some but not all. WIping down by hand still left "bumps" that will need and agressive wipedown with a cleaner. After $15.00 at the carwash we Gold PArk turned out to NOT be economical!!!! Never again. read more

Do not use this parking company! They seem to have one van only. When I got there, the van was dropping someone off. When the driver returned, I had to wait for him to take a cigarette break before he drove me. He then missed his turn for the airport somehow, so the drive took much longer than it should have. The site says that they drop at Terminals A and B, but once I was in the van, I was told they only drop off at Terminal A. Pickup from the airport was no better. I called and was told 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I called again and was told he was on his way. Total wait time for pickup was 35 minutes. No help with bags, and no apology. Next time, I will pay a little more for airport parking. This is a sketchy and unprofessional company. read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM GOLD PARK!!! First, they charged us extra because we have a truck. We booked through a 3rd party so this was a surprise. We had to wait 15+ minutes in our car for the shuttle. We parked our car (and one other customer) and headed to the entrance to head to the airport. Or so we thought. The driver left us sitting in the van, went inside the office to get jumper cables, and got in a golf cart to go back to the man with a dead battery. He left us without ever saying a word. 20 minutes later...he returned, did everything in opposite order, and we headed to the airport. VERY IMPORTANT...they ONLY go to terminal A, so give yourself plenty of time if you are going to B or C. Was instructed to park two row parking on grass,directly behind parked car, minimal lighting , had to leave keys . Zero identification of where the car was parked - not letters, numbers, spaces, . Waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle upon return to airport. Shuttle is the driving down the rows of parked cars - there are no section numbers or letters - looking through tinted windows , no lighting and he says let me know when you see your car.
