My husband and I have two cats and pretty busy schedules. We interviewed a few maid services before deciding on Molly Maid of Troy to clean our 3 story condo. Molly Maid provided the level of care and security that we were looking for at our price point and we are happy with our decision. I liked that they took the time to see our space and answer questions, did a thorough inspection and gave us a quote based on the size of the rooms, cleaning needs and frequency. They offer protection from damage (and I didn't have an issue making an claim when one of our fridge magnets broke) as well as have background checks / security measures in place that made us feel comfortable. They worked with our schedule for times to stop by and have never cancelled (and always provide text reminders so we don't forget). The same two girls tend to clean our space--Clara is one of them, very nice--each time and they do a really thorough job (including folding the toilet paper corners haha) and leave a note for us that is very friendly after every cleaning. A few times I have asked for them to clean our basement (vs another room) and they have been accommodating and pleasant. They also provide vouchers and other incentives on occasion. When I'm there, they are always nice and efficient and I feel comfortable knowing that they are doing a good job. I will continue to recommend them to friends in our area. read more

I have used this service for over 10 years. The Molly maids are nice and do exactly the cleaning that I asked for. It's easy to reschedule if I ever have a conflict. They always send a reminder of my cleaning day. I have had at least one of the same people for the entire time. She knows my house and does a great job letting her coworkers know how everything is kept. I feel fully confident having them here when I'm out. It's so nice to come home to a clean tidy house with all the attention to detail that they put in. Pillows fluffed, towels folded, even the tp folded over. Im selling my trailer and needed someone to clean the kitchen and bathroom so i can sell it. Jennifer and Tiffany did a super job above expections. I am a bachelor and when i mopped the floor myself there was dirt in the corners of the room that my mop couldnt get. The girls got all this clean. I also had a little mold at the bottom of my shower door and the girls got that clean also. Now my house is ready to sell. I will have molly maid come to my new house more often. I am very impressed. I was worried when it came time to hire maids because the idea of trusting my home to someone else wasn't easy. I needed help, though, and Molly Maid came through. They're always on time and go above and beyond, even going so far as to help me hang a valance in the bathroom and put a star on my Christmas tree because I was too short. I am very happy with the service I receive from the two individuals who clean my condo every month. I appreciate the fact that they make my bed. It's always nice coming home from working seeing my bed made and my entire condo is neat and clean. They do a few extra things like lining up my shoes, and folding up my throw.
