When you confront them, they claimed they cannot predict the machine is not working, but they have the whole morning and afternoon knowing that I wont be able to do the full set of test since the machine broke. Ashley, the dental hygienist, was thorough and really nice. My teeth felt incredibly clean after! Dr. Heisler was also really kind and helped me understand a bit more about some previous dentist's work in my mouth, reassuring me and giving me some comfort. Umm, and you can watch Netflix in the chair. And the chair gently massaged my back! They don't take insurance, which isn't ideal. The receptionist said it's unlikely I'll pay anything given the plan I have, so I'm banking on that. I'll be a bit disappointed, though, if I will need to pay anything given what the receptionist mentioned when I made the appointment.
