I had to open an Estate account for a settlement check from the insurance company after my brother was killed in a hit and run accident. When I went to get the check to pay the lawyer out of that money yesterday, they charged me $10.00 for a cashier's check. While I might realize that that isn't a whole lot of beans in this world today, I find it extremely unsatisfying that they did so. While banks might be limited here in town I will look into others that have better services and don't nickel & dime you to death over every transaction.

From the moment I walked into the bank I have always been treated with a kind greeting and warm smile. Everyone is friendly and bend over backwards to help. I needed a lot of different services and they guided me every step of the way, advising and guiding me to make the right choices for me and my needs. After more than 2yrs, staff has changed but not the service. I'm still greeted fondly and I'm ALWAYS treated like a valued customer and to me THAT is service! My entire family has accounts here and yes occasionally I've had to wait for changes but in this day where everyone wants immediate results we have to remember that some things, especially when it comes to money, I am relieved to know that if I'm waiting for a change, it's because they're making sure it's being done correctly and not out of laziness and for me, that's good service!
