Provided all my info to a gal in the office and was told it would be about a week because they were busy - no problem. Then after numerous phone calls and left messages and emails for nearly 5 weeks - no response of any kind! Not even a "sorry were just too busy to take this on right now" - NOTHING! Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! My follow ups, were polite even after a couple of weeks - I'm a business owner and I understand, plus I needed help!
