In researching Tampa car services, I called 1st Class first since they are the only one with numerous reviews that are all 5-star. The owner, Victor, immediately put my mind at ease with the professionalism and kindness in our conversation. He took on the pick up himself even though he had an early start the next morning and my daughter's flight was delayed numerous times, arriving later than expected in the evening. Victor even walked in to great her at the airport, help her with luggage, texted us updates, and walked her into the hotel to make sure she was with her team. At 10:28, after we had already called the office to find out where she was, she called to let us know she would pick us up in 23 minutes! My response, "I'm sorry but that's really unacceptable to be almost an hour late." She responded "you don't need to be rude about it!" Are you seriously calling me rude for telling you it's not acceptable to be an hour late for a timed pickup based on our boarding time? They offered $20 off as compensation. The total booking was $310 (round trip, plus gratuity), so essentially a 6% discount on our booking to show up an hour late. Terrible customer service!
