I had a bad experience with an Uber driver from the airport earlier that day, and it was a complete 180 turn with how I felt with Russ. Communication was clear and prompt via text before the flight. Russ was waiting at the baggage claim in Tampa as promised and was helpful with our baggage. His van is large and comfortable. I immediately felt relaxed as his driving was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the area and traffic patterns and delivered my young daughter and I to our destination safely. I haven't travelled for a while due to the pandemic and none of the services i had used ere in existence anymore. After searching for a bit I found Russ and used him to get to and from TIA. He was wonderful. After we booked the trip our return Flight was changed and scheduled to arrive 4 hours later than originally planned.- no problem. The day of our return the airline notified us of a 45 minute delay in departure which pushed our arrival past midnight - no problem. As agreed, I texted him when we boarded and when we landed received a text that he was waiting in the luggage area. He asked if we had any checked bags and I replied "the same 3 we had when we left". I called to hire Russ to take 2 passengers to/from TIA for a trip next week. Called on a Friday evening, and agreed on price. Russ said that he would send confirmation of the service. Didn't receive anything on Friday, nothing on Saturday, called and left message, texted him, nothing on Saturday. Called him on Sunday, he said that he would send the confirmation. Nothing received, texted him... he then called saying that he was canceling the service?!! NORMALLY, when you hire someone for a service, you get a "Confirmation" of that service IMMEDIATELY?!! This is probably the best car service I've ever used! I called them based on their solid five star Yelp reviews, and wow! Nathan texted a confirmation and also sent a photo of himself. He waited inside the airport for me and my family, then escorted us to to the baggage claim area and helped us to his brand new, super clean van. Nathan was incredibly nice and so professional. We had a last minute change of plans and went to my cousin's house in Seminole instead of to our hotel in downtown St. Pete. Nathan delivered us to our destination safe and without any hiccups. My husband had to leave Florida ahead of us and used Nathan to go to the airport, and everything went smoothly. Then I had a 6 am flight out of Tampa with my three kids.
