Moreover, I have always felt comfortable with the price point of Antiques Station over some of the other vintage/antiques stores in the same plaza, which are expensive for the quality of items they carry. For example, the Singer I mentioned was about $40 and tea set (which I used as birthday favors) $48 for the four cups and plates. They stock a good mix of apparel/accessories, housewares, and Disney paraphernalia (Orange being, after all, near Anaheim and Disneyland). If you appreciate good carnival glass, there's usually a good selection that's hard to walk away from - see the stunning Fenton hobnail lamp. I can't speak for other's experiences, but I have always had positive interactions with the ladies who work here. They'll frequently ask if they can help bring anything up to the front, always with a big smile!

When I was looking for a table scale, I found one and it only cost $10. Because all the stalls are based on consignment, prices depend on what the seller is hoping to fetch on their items. There's a good variety of items, from antique teaware to accessories. Vintage clothing and jewelry are in good condition and reasonably priced. If, like me, you appreciate carnival glass, a couple of booths toward the rear hall and downstairs have some beautiful Fenton pieces. There are two sets of stairs to access the lower level, one on the left/middle by the front entrance, and the other by the hall leading from the rear entrance/parking lot. Some vendors' staging is very well thought out and it adds to the enjoyment of the experience. I think this place would be fun to return to with fellow antiques enthusiasts, but also to find quality gifts for friends and family. This store seems like it's been here forever, I've been to the store for the past 30 years. It never comes to mind until I have some project I'm working on or somebody needs something that they just can't find anywhere! The price are reasonable too, mainly because you'll be driving all over the place looking for that item come on when you find it. The value of it can be priceless. I later found the exact same piece on Amazon for a quarter of what I paid here. That alone is embarrassing enough, but what really bothers me is what it implies about everything else in that store. If the jewelry is mass-produced Amazon merchandise dressed up with antique store pricing, how much of the rest of the inventory is the same? Are you actually buying vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, or are you paying a massive markup on stuff anyone can order online in two clicks? I can't speak to every item in the store, but I can tell you that my trust is gone. Shop here if you want, but do yourself a favor and run a reverse image search or check Amazon before you hand over your money. I wish I had.
