The salesman Saif Ali became physically threatening to my wife, and had to be restrained by three other employees. Apparently the sales manager got involved and this incident was in front of other customers. There were minimal efforts by Machens at damage control, after I contacted the dealership mgt, they said our data had been shredded so psycho sales person wouldn't try to follow up on us. Also tried to pull our credit without permission.

I felt better about the possibility of quality of work being performed after seeing plaques for their techs having BMW certifications for body work. The work was completed in one day as promised and they sent my truck through the detail shop which was a nice surprise. The bumper looks great and you cannot tell there was any damage unlike the last time I had a bumper repaired at another body shop in town. This has been one of the best body shop experiences I have had.

They took 9 weeks to get me my car back. There was no reason to disassemble the car to "discover " the extra damage. They did it to hold the car. Only when I said I was sending a tow truck to get it did they say they would put it back together. Every time I've had work done Dana's was at least 35% or more cheaper for the same repair.
