We didn't know what it was but it was very unappetizing. The chicken fried rice lace the bean sprouts we loved it was very plain but, it was edible unlike the other two dishes. We have never had throw away food from the old Canton Inn. We threw away everything including the leftover fried rice. We will not be returning. We will miss the flavors of our old Canton Inn. It's so sad to see this done to a once wonderful restaurant.

Found the food good the fried fish batter was awesome, but it was overcooked so a bit soggy. The server guy was very poor he dumped 4 out of 7 of our drinks but the server that assisted him .... She was awesome!!!! Gave him the spray to wipe everything down so it wouldn't be sticky which all he was gonna do was wipe it up. He said he had 3 years experience but he took way too long to clear plates and would overlook us the whole time. The steak was really good and the cook there was way kool. The other servers were great and replaced the wrong unsweetened tea for a sweet tea she asked for quickly with apologizing for our servers poor service. read more
