Ordered broccoli with garlic sauce and was given brown sauce, which is a beef based sauce. I'm vegetarian so that's a big miss since I can't eat that. I also ordered veg. lo mein and fried bananas. which were both bland and the PLANTAINS, not bananas, were too dry. Not too happy. read more

I've been ordering here for years and tonight for the first time the guy answering the phone with his broken English got nasty and impatient with no reason and called me stupid on the phone and pretended he didn't say anything. If you're not happy with your job please don't work with the public. I don't care if your food is good but if you're gonna treat people that support your business without respect you're dead to me. I Saw that most reviews were good , so I decided to get chicken teriyaki from them . When I went to pick it up , the girl that worked there had an attitude . I decided not to pay mind and when I got to my car , the chicken smelled fried so I thought maybe they gave me fried chicken wings by accident. I Decided to check and to my surprise , I saw the chicken super dry with absolutely no sauce on them . I thought maybe it was a mistake so I brought it back and told her I don't think this is chicken teriyaki . The lady then gave me an attitude and was like yes , it is teriyaki on a stick . I told her I've never seen teriyaki look so dry and then repeated to give me an attitude and say the same thing , She then started speaking Chinese to her mom which was very rude . I then told her it must be how you guys serve it specifically here and left. A good american Chinese restaurant. The food is tasty, standard general tso's, sweet and sour, etc. Seems a decent go to for these types of dishes. Make sure to bring CASH, as it is cash only. Also parking can be an issue, though you can park in the Burger King lot right next to this place and no one seems to mind, it might even be a shared lot. read more

Worst service ever!!! I asked on the phone "can you make a pineapple chicken combo" she said "I don't know, hold on (asks cook) says yes" I say. "Ok good" ordered that, proceeded with rest of order. When I picked up food, because she said the delivery man would get lost (I was only half a mile away), I saw pineapple chicken was $11.99 obviously not a combo, I asked about this she said "we don't have pineapple chicken combo, we never have it" and proceeded to get really loud and nasty with me. I calmly continued and said "on phone you told me you could make it" she angrily denied this and made a huge scene in front of everyone at me. This was the worst experience at any food place in my life, dare I call this a restaurant, that is the absolute only time I will ever deal with the golden eagle, there is absolutely no reason why any customer should be treated that way especially when I was not speaking to her in an angry or loud way at all. Ive been coming here for years. I never felt the loyalty treatment for being such a long time customer.i would come almost everyday. They would pretend like they didn't know who i was. Or what i wanted. Because i always ordered the same thing.it discouraged me but after i found a piece of hair in my food, it made me stop ordering from here. I recently ordered again to give them a shot and... It was probably the worst chinese food expereince ever. They forgot to bring the rice with my order and the shrimp roll. So i called back. Only to stay on the phone for 10 mins with them. They came back 10 mins later with just the shrimp roll...and they wanted to charge me for it. But the best part was that they forgot the rice yet again. I called them again furious to bring the rice to us. They came back... With one rice box when they were supposed to bring it for 2 orders.. Four stars compared to the rest in Harrison. I've only gotten stomach upset just once or twice from this place , but I have to say most of the time their food looks and tastes fresh.
