Chicken shezuan, 44. Singapore Mei Fun

Great tasting food. Service was quick and friendly. We tried the thin noodles and dinner combo with shezuan chicken. Both dishes were great and tasted fresh.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Their lunch menu is pretty solid if you are looking for cheap and reasonable Chinese food. Their orange chicken isn't bad (but not superior to other competitors). I used to get their spicy beef stir fry which is again ok. The spicy dry pot, which I had two times, has way too strong flavor. I wish they did little less mala spice and it would've been a decent dish. I don't think I will get that again. If you are a local, I recommend sticking to their lunch special menus - good cheap chinese food and portion is just right for lunch.

Shanghai Style Small Juicy Bun(6pcs) i always order in any place i order ..that and some sort of wonton. They did it well

I gotta say working 12 hours every day you start looking to order and when you get surprised that the food is good and happy you appreciate it. I got it through uber eats..fast still hot and good!

GREED! While ordering delivery I had to pay $1 gratuity, $1 gas & $1+ for tips. That is $3+ for a $12 food

GREED Ok, so the food is not bad, but I gave the 2 star review due to greed. I was eating alone yesterday and decided to order. Since their website, menu linked to Yelp went to a non-existent page, I couldn't see their prices or menu. So I called up and ordered for "Black Pepper Chicken". The person informed me that the amount would be $15.88 which appeared steep for 1 chicken dish at a Chinese Restaurant. I agreed and within 30minutes the food arrived. The delivery guy handed me the food and I handed over a $20 bill and waited for the balance. The guy stood there, looking at me as if I shouldn't be expecting the $4+ balance. Now, I am all for tipping food delivery men, but I was not planning for tip $4+ for a $15.88 delivery, what is that like 25%? Now at this point, the person demanded that I pay tip and I decided to check out the receipt. So, on top of the $12.95 food & Tax ($0.92) they already charged me a gratuity (???) of $1 and gas free of $1, he wanted a few dollar tip. Irritated I handed him another $1+ and walked off. Never before have I paid $3.12 (24%) tips for a $12 food. C'mon, how greedy are you!

    Chinese Menu

Clean and friendly. Owner from hong kong. Different taste and cooking style compared to typical chinese restaurant. Recommended. Revisted after a few years. Ordered from their chinese menu. Pretty authentic chinese food.

This is the hot & sour soup that went with the dinner special, little too much soy sauce : /

This is considered one of those quick grab some Chinese food take out type places and it's actually pretty nice. It's not like those cheesey Chinese take out places you see everywhere, they actually present their restaurant a lot nicer than most and the food itself is actually pretty darn good for Chinese take out. When you actually eat in instead of taking out the plating is a lot nicer than some other Chinese take out and you almost feel like you're eating at an actual "restaurant." This is a nice place to grab some cheap Chinese food, I really recommend the black pepper chicken and the beef and broccoli. This is definitely a place that I would regularly go back to due to the price and quality of food compared to the other ones down the street.

Food : Very good options and freshly prepared. Surprising to find so many vegetarian options too! Location : A small quaint outlet. Limited seating. Price : Very affordable Service : Quick

    garlic bokchoy

the hot sour soup cures your misery and brings summer to your winter. a hefty portion for $5. garlic bokchoy, a simple but delicious dish. this one beats others i have tried because the baby bokchoys are very well selected and not the gigantic ones that you have to fight with a low key joint that can compete with the NYC chinatown restaurants bring your spicy palate 'cause this is sichuan cooking.

This unexpected combo actually works so well! *Taro French Toast with Boba $16.5 ** If this is your first time here, ORDER THE FRENCH TOAST. Diners and costumers like…read moreme praise the authentic homestyle dishes, standout flavors, generous portions, and exceptionally very friendly and warm service, though some of my companions note a plain ambiance and higher price points ( for me their pleasing food quality and taste outweighs the price ). The Chicken Sisig, Palabok, pork BBQ and sizzling Biko with ice cream are a must-try from the food menu. The appetizers, like the piping hot vegetable lumpia and their humongous portion of Halo-halo as dessert are highly recommended by me and other reviewers. When we dined at this place, the whole staff gave me a feeling as if I was eating at an aunt's house, with the owner and staff providing very welcoming, family-style care. I have been living in NY for more than 30 years, have already eaten in so many low and high-end Filipino restaurants, in terms of food quality and taste, I may say this by far is the best that I have experienced. If given the chance to be in New Jersey again, I will definitely, 100% be back to this place for their delicious and flavorful food. Some of my companions point out that the seating area is relatively small, which can lead to limited availability during peak times, and a few note the interior decor is fairly plain but it did not matter to me because the food that I ordered/tried were great and amazing (properly spiced, cooked very well and soooooooo delicious!! ). Food portions are generous, presentation was appetizing and excellent, staff service was attentive and great ( I noticed that our water glasses were always filled up which is a service very consistent in so many high-priced restaurants that I have been ). Table setting is good, food utensils and plates were very clean ( yes, I checked it! ). I am extremely satisfied with my food experience and the hospitality of the owner and their staff in this Filipino restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!!!

Service wasn't that great and we were the only customers there at the time then other guest staggered in . I'm all for restaurants thriving and always wish them luck but holy cow prices are crazy average appetizers are $16.50 or more and entree dishes are $25 or more for serving sizes and flavors are really lacking in a lot of dishes . Lechon was cut thinner not the usual big chunks and the oil tasted old and was greasy . Sinigang with the Baboy was very underwhelming the Baboy wasn't boiled down enough . The sisig has too much of a soy sauce taste and way too much mayo on top . The chicharron bulaklak was okay could have used a bit more seasoning and seemed to be a popular item that day . The BBQ stick was decent but not for $18 . Being Filipino myself I know everyone has their own way of making certain dishes so people may like it but in my opinion I've had better at a few other spots . Wishing them all the best .

The vibe is nice but the food just does'nt wow me. We particularly choose Tinjune because of its proximity to the arena. Moreover, it's a convenient place for us to meet since we are coming from all over the tri-state area. Parking can be a little tough but it's doable. The establishment seems to be a mixture of a sports lounge and restaurant, offering a casual fare of entertainment including boozy brunch, opportunities to watch a game on their TVs, or simply catch up with friends over drinks. The menu features Asian fusion dishes with some caribbean and soul food influences. During our first visit in July, we stopped by during brunch. It was a lively vibe with a great live DJ, mature crowd, and an eclectic menu. We were seated at a booth in the corner of the dining area which was also in the way of sunlight. In addition, the fans above were not working which made the area hot. Nonetheless, we sat thru it as the alternative seating being offered was no better. We skipped appetizers and got straight to entrees. I ordered the General Tso Chicken with white rice along with water. It was'nt bad but it also was'nt great. Visually, the chicken was swimming in a lot of sauce. Moreover, the sauce was watery. The chicken seemed to be cuts of breast that were tossed in a sweet chili-like sauce, perhaps sautéed since the texture was mostly soft. I wish it had been fried first then tossed in the sauce to give it better texture. I liked the texture on the broccoli, it was cooked with a slight crunch just the way I like. When paired with the soft, white rice, things came together nicely. Fast forward to our most recent visit in November. On this visit, I decided to dive into the menu a bit more and have an appetizer and entree. To start off, I had the Thai Chili wings. They were delicious and prepared well. The wings had a nice crispy exterior and juicy flesh. The sauce was sticky and coated the wings well, just like I prefer. For the entree, I went for the Wok Stir fry consisting of Lo Mein and steak. Again, the meal was swimming in a lot of sauce. For me, Lo Mein should have a little sauce to it but this was more like soupy gravy. I could literally use my spoon to scoop out the sauce and sip it which altogether, makes the meal soggy over time. The veggies were bright and prepared nicely but I was'nt a fan of the steak. It tasted as if it was thrown in at the last minute, so there wasn't much texture or seasoning to it. A little more sear to it would've been perfect. In terms of service, that was ok. Some periods of our dining experience were slow and we struggled to get our servers attention at times. Pricing was fair and the portions reflected a good value but they charge 15% automatic gratuity and a surcharge for using your card which I'm not a fan of. Overall, I've had ok experiences. I was not thoroughly impressed by the food but it hit the spot in the moment. I would return for the convenience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit nor would I immediately recommend to others.

Definitely one of my favorite spots! This venue always have a great crowd and great music. The…read morefood is really good. The bartenders are nice. Service is good.
