A young guy named Seth Johnson came out earlier this month to check it out. He made sure that there was no hole or structural problem with the flashing. We also had a concern about a flying squirrel entry site. Seth inspected the whole roof, took a number of pictures, sealed up some small spots in the wood where the squirrels may have chewed through, and put in a few screws where the metal shingles may have curled up. He worked quickly, showed me the pictures, and explained what he did. He was hard working, thorough, and friendly. Thanks Seth There was a service call charge which I assume is appropriate.

Took 3/4 of the shingles off our house and would not come back. A lot more water damage in the house. Try to find a roofer in January with 6 inches of snow on the roof and 4" of ice. He has left the state and I do have a judgement against him along with half a dozen others. I finally found an Amish in February that would roof the house. For another $9300.00. Have several leaks again with the new roof and the Amish won't come back out to fix the problems even though he said he guarantees his work. Very frustrating. What's your word and hand shake worth these days? Evidently not too much as long as they have your money.
