Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. It was a large mirror, -70"x-40", and as builders mirror are it was adhered to the wall. They removed the mirror with no damage to the wall at all, and were in and out in about 10 minutes.
