We disc the project and he said he would get back to me in a day or so. After 3 days of no response from them I sent a follow up though the Yelp conversation. Never heard anything back. Yes he has the correct contact info. My guess ie that he didn't want the job. If they want to do a job, just say so. Not professional at all to not respond. For this I had to give them 1 star. thats only because he showed up quickly to review. UPDATE: Hector got back to me and informed me of the issue with the delay. Once he came, he showed me that the door was crooked, and other quality oversights that I was already skeptical about but didn't question from the first install. I ended up having the door re-installed by Montano Construction properly this time as well as having a storm door added and we were very happy with the results. Quality and attention to detail was really good and I feel comfortable knowing my door is not cooked and the little details regarding weather protection and structural integrity were accounted for. They also cleaned up the debris from the install. They could've charged me more considering the time it took to get everything up to their quality standard, but charged the initial quote. If you want quality work done right the first time, hire Montano Construction!

Why Tony's stood out for us: * We used them before to fix a leak, so we kinda trusted them. * We knew we would get their "A Crew" (other companies we felt like we would get the B crew) because our home is smaller and one story. * No hidden cost or up-sales. The Crew - these guys were the hardest workers I've ever seen, (and I've seen a lot) they started at 7am - 6pm for 2 full days ! It was originally aggregate, but had cracked and worn away in several places. The driveway was a bit steep making it worse, so sometimes our car would scrape along the bottom. We finally decided to tear it all out and install a new one. Mr Gutierrez came out for the estimate which was very reasonable compared to the others. He even included a free sealant. His crew, which are all relatives in his family-run business did excellent work. Marcos, who is the "foreman" was very communicative all the while. I highly recommend this company.
