The reason for finding a different salon is the lack of customer service. They ask on their website when booking to be courteous and let them know if you can't keep an appointment. However, they don't extend the same courtesy. I called to make an appointment for July 4 at 12:30. I talked to someone and he repeated my appointment to me. I received a confirmation. They never contacted to let me know that they would be closed on that day instead. I drove from out of town (over 45 minutes). I left a voicemail asking them to call me the next morning to reschedule and they never called.

I was told to wait six weeks for healing before coming back. At my follow-up, the technician wasn't able to remove the misplaced pigment she said and instead retouched the brows as much as possible without going over the brow line. You can still see the misplaced pigment. She said it would disappear after 6 months. I was charged an additional $195 for this visit. I also felt that my concerns weren't acknowledged, and I didn't receive an apology or any partial refund. This was my personal experience. I was not informed before my touch-up that I would be charged $195. I was surprised by the fee, especially since I returned because one brow had misplaced pigment above the natural hairline. I felt my concerns were not acknowledged, and no accommodation was offered.
