The reason for finding a different salon is the lack of customer service. They ask on their website when booking to be courteous and let them know if you can't keep an appointment. However, they don't extend the same courtesy. I called to make an appointment for July 4 at 12:30. I talked to someone and he repeated my appointment to me. I received a confirmation. They never contacted to let me know that they would be closed on that day instead. I drove from out of town (over 45 minutes). I left a voicemail asking them to call me the next morning to reschedule and they never called.

I called in prior to check on their prices, and the total for my deluxe pedicure and full acrylic set ended up being less than what I thought it would be ($75 total before tip). This was a plus! I came in on a Friday around lunch time, and they were pretty busy. I didn't have to wait though, and sat down right away for my pedicure. I noticed the later it got, the more customers showed up and it got busier. Weekends are probably their busiest. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure, and it was well worth it in my opinion. It has more massage time, extra scrub, wax and a hot towel treatment. The water was the perfect hot temperature to soak my feet in. Everything was sanitary and new packages of tools were used. The massage chair was relaxing and even massaged my shoulders and butt! Kyle did my French tip gel pedicure and he did a great job, especially with the massage. The only thing I didn't like was that he had to cough several times, and a few times he coughed on me. I hope he wasn't sick! For my nails, I requested square, French tips, with a bow design on one nail. The lady who did them was quick and did an awesome job. I absolutely love them! I definitely recommend this salon for nail services. I did see multiple people come in for eyebrow waxing, so I may try that service in the future. I did see a few comments on Google Reviews of people who don't like the fact that the staff speak to each other in their native language. And to that I say, if you don't like it, simply go somewhere else! The staff speaks English perfectly fine and I witnessed many regulars come in and had no problem with the staff speaking two languages.

I went in for gel builder nails, and what I got was unbelievably bad: thick, ugly, and completely botched designs. Every single nail was so poorly done that I had to go down the street immediately and pay another $70 at Happy Nails just to fix them. Thankfully, Happy Nails was kind enough to discount me while they salvaged the disaster, because literally every nail came apart during the fix. The worst part? I tried explaining the situation in person and even called later to speak with a manager -- no one returned my call. Zero accountability, zero care. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place. Outdated nail techs who shouldn't be doing anything beyond a basic manicure. Truly the worst nail experience I've ever had.

When I called here I spoke with Billie Jo and she totally explained how the service worked with the skin removing all of the dull skin and the peach fuzz hair so that you skin will glow and make up will go on flawlessly with no down time. After speaking with Billie Jo I was more than confident that I wanted her to handle this for me. Considering a blade is involved you better trust the person that is working on your skin. When I arrived at the salon Billie Jo was very welcoming and walked me back to the room to fill out a few forms. After the paperwork, I got under the comfy blanket and Billie Jo started working her magic. I was thinking that I am a good exfoliator so the whole part about getting alot of dead skin off of my face would not happen but I was wrong. Billie Jo removed quite a bit of dead skin and all of the peach fuzz. There was an addition enzyme treatment which was also very nice and smelled wonderful. After the procedure was finished she said just stay laying for a minute and take your time getting up....I'm thinking....getting up, who wants to get up.
