Another time I visited and my loved one was sitting in his wheelchair in a puddle of pee which had pooled on the floor. Another time I was berated by a staff member because she couldn't find his shoes, which were in his closet, like I told her. I also got accused of stealing food from the kitchen, which turned out to be unfounded. I tripped and fell coming out of the elevator because it wasn't level with the floor. There are also 3 restaurants. Including The Seasons, The Cafe and The Lunchbox. There are Heated garages and large, walk-in storage lockers. There is a large health facility with 2 swimming pools, a hot tub andhigh end exercise equipment. There is an on-site beauty salon. They also provide classes, lectures and programs on a daily basis. During our work on this project, serious concerns arose regarding contract administration and compliance with federal procurement regulations. Specifically, as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Daryl DeKeyser did not allow our company to submit change orders for additional work that fell outside the original scope. Instead, we were directed to proceed while necessary materials were purchased using a government-issued credit card. This resulted in our company being required to perform additional labor without proper compensation through the contractual process. These actions raise significant concerns about adherence to federal contracting requirements, transparency, and proper use of government funds. For the sake of accountability and to protect both contractors and taxpayer dollars, this matter deserves formal review by the Office of Inspector General. I encourage the appropriate authorities to investigate these practices thoroughly.

It was the most horrible experience that I am still having nightmares about. The social worker (AS) was absolutely horrible. She had previously been A social worker in a juvenile detention center and she treated the residents with suspicion as though they were juvenile delinquents. That woman was eventually fired after my parents had passed but the damage was done. When my father was old and sick she asked me if he thought it was time to give up and die. My mother had every single thing stolen from her. Everything. This social worker put her in a room, after my father died, with a crazy woman who stole everything from my mother. I went to visit and the drawers were empty her closets were empty all of her jewelry was gone every knickknack she ever owned had been stolen. Like I said this is a nightmare I have to live with for the rest of my life. They were so neglected and because I lived out of state I would call constantly and of course I was told everything was fine. When I would visit everything was not fine and I would raise holy hell. Stay as far away from this hell hole as possible....well, unless you hate your loved one.
