Initially, I was given a natural-colored manicure without the French tips I had requested. When I pointed this out, the technician redid them, but the process felt rushed, and I was ultimately disappointed with the finished result. I had my nails done Sunday afternoon, and by Thursday, the polish was already chipping and peeling, as shown in the photo. I'm also not particularly rough with my hands, so I was surprised to see this much wear after only four days. For the amount I paid, I expected both a more polished result and for the manicure to last considerably longer. I understand that not every service will turn out perfectly, but given the cost, quality, and overall experience, I unfortunately would not return or recommend this salon.

They know me by name and face (even with a mask on !) so its like the "Cheers" scenario where you feel welcomed. I mainly see Cat but I've also seen other lash artists there and they are all very good. My sister goes there as well and she's had issues with her lashes but each time hers fall out prematurely (within a week) they always accommodate her by having her come back and put more lashes on at no charge. I've had an instance where my allergies were so bad I basically rubbed my lashes off and despite this, they were able to put enough on to make me look presentable and confident. Also, I live in the Tanque Verde Valley so my drive to Oro Valley to this studio is about 35 minutes. It's well worth it! They get me out in an hour (for refills) so I'm not laying there for long periods of time each time I go. It's always been a pleasant experience and my lashes are wonderful. I can go every 3 weeks (vs the normal 2 weeks) because they stay on (and I've learned not to rub them during allergy season!).

The studio is very clean and cozy. She gives you a blanket. The chair reclines to a comfortable position. She also made me a latte and cookies afterwards. She was very gentle without any pain or irritation with the eye pads. My only complaint is that the fan wasn't on my lashes long enough so I had some pain and redness later that day that resolved after 24 hours. No loss of lashes the first week. About 3 Lashes came out the second week. The third week I lost a few of my natural lashes but it doesn't seem like much. I'll update once I get them removed. Overall I would recommend reasonable price, quality lashes, on time service. Next time I would inquire about the glue or bring my own fan to make sure it is completely dry
