The place is a small quite shop, with a gift shop of sorts in the front with skin care and swim suits. I was greeted at the door with a big smile from the workers. Crystal is the nice woman I made my appointment with, and I'm glad I did. She is so professional and nice, and pretty understanding when I was running a few mins late. She took her time to really make sure I was covered evenly. Since it was my first time, she could tell I was nervous, but she helped me feel comfortable pretty quickly. She made sure to talk with me as she sprayed me to make sure I was comfortable and also to just let me know what she was doing and why she was doing it that way. But the end of it, she let me know everything I need to know for after care, and I was so comfortable that I made another appointment. I'm excited to not have a farmers tan anymore. A bit pricey, but in the end I think I am paying for the convenience. Sure I could buy the do it myself tanning lotions, but the overall accuracy of the machine makes it worth every penny. The store is clean and there is hardly ever a wait. I rarely see the same employees working there, but check in is speedy and there is no real need to interact with them. Parking can be a challenge because the area is rather busy. I have received many compliments on my skin and I know that I am getting the tan I desire without sacrificing time by laying out or causing unwanted wrinkles.

You're greeted with your choice of beverage. I did the $85 custom spray tan and wow!!! They give you your own locker room. There is a locker whether you put your belongings and take the key with you. There is also a heated robe and sandals there waiting for you to put on before you go get your tan. The studio also provides hair ties and disposable underwear if you choose. You then go to the waiting room where your spa attend comes to grab you. The facial cleanse and the hand and foot massage with the barrier cream are top notch. I've never had that done at any other tanning place ever. I loved the facial cleanse. I will be booking more tans for sure! I also want to try the full facial appointments too.

We were offered champagne to start-Yes please, then we went to the changing room they offer a very tiny cover ups for the bottom and the top. After getting into my warm robe we went into another room. The lady in there wiped our faces/hands/feet while giving us a massage. Then on to the spray tan. The lady who does the spray tans asks what color you are trying to achieve then custom mixes it for you. I said dark because it does fad but not Jersey dark . I am very happy with the results.
