I came for $70 massage they kept switching on masseuses and stopping my massage but I didn't mind bc they were doing good and the breaks were only a couple seconds in between but I'm like damn? She's like "sorry we are really busy today" whatever. at the end I gave them a $20 to give me change to tip and I gave EACH $5 so $10 TOTAL for both girls and they had the AUDACITY to seem upset & ask why I wasn't leaving the full $20 and why I didn't just do $10 and $10 like WHAT???? My appointment was set for 2:00 and I arrived 10 minutes early. They were ready for me. No waiting. The office was clean the reception was friendly. Travelled internationally for 2 weeks, after first application, and lashes were perfect the whole time! I didn't even need a fill till week 3. (Note: lashes would have lasted a whole month before needing a fill but I got sick and I rubbed my eyes a lot because of my cold) Lash extensions are so convenient and make getting ready a breeze. Saves tons of time because lash application allows you to skip eyeliner and mascara. Everyone compliments my lashes and how great they look! HORRIBLE. I made an appointment. I gave her my name and number and we discussed cost. I got there and she is not there. Her assistant speaks no English so she called the woman for help and I talked to her on the phone. She said she would drive over so to just wait. My appointment was for 10 am and I got back in my car at 10:30 when she still had not driven up to the front of the building. Who does that? I understand when appointments run over. But really? The lady on the phone then insisted on my groupon voucher ahead of time, I told her I would be more than happy to give her the groupon after the service was provided. Found this place through Groupon and took advantage of the deal. Now, about 1-1/2 weeks later my eyelashes have already shed about 1/2 of what it was originally. I don't know if its the technique, the type of eyelashes she used, or the glue but my eyelashes usually last at least 2 weeks before I need a fill. I will say that Lin is very friendly and she did warn me that these may not last very long... but when I asked if I should proceed with the service she recommended that I do it. If my eyelashes aren't compatible with her product, maybe she should've asked that I not do it... read more

Been coming to Lin for eyelash extensions for the last year and a half. I keep coming back because my eyelashes always look so full and beautiful. I always get compliments on them... They're reasonably priced, especially if you go back to her every time for a fill, consistently like every 2-3 weeks. They last and are of good quality, but it all depends on how well you take care of them in between. Which isn't hard to do. She can give you some tips. The lady was super nice but I did not like the job at all. I'm sorry. I ask her for long and thick lashes. I got short and thin. Also, she took off my old ones and I'm not sure what chemical she used but it burned so bad. I've been doing my lashes for 2 years and that's never ever happened. It normally stings a bit but not burn a lot. Also, when I showered the glue kept burning my eyes. That's never happened before. What's worse is that my eyes woke up glued shut and burning today. I was very happy with my outcome! I was a little nervous after reading different reviews. Had no issues or discomfort while Lin was placing my eyelashes, as others mentioned. Any reaction to the glue honestly depends on your skin, everyone is going to be different. Only problem I had was that the glue was very strong, scent wise (a very strong chemical scent but it doesn't help that I have a sensitive nose). The glue was was placed near my nose so it was kinda hard to get away from having to smell it. BUUUTT my eyelashes look amazing and are natural looking. Does not appear as if I have a set of eyelashes on and that was my biggest fear, I didn't want to look like the girl that needed to apply fake lashes every day. They are wispy and fab! Very light not heavy on the eyes like fake lashes can be. Overall extremely happy! Ps. Make sure you pee before you start. I ended up drinking a trenta sized green tea right before and I was dying to use the restroom. Lesson learned! read more

So I had a bad experience last week at a place in Tustin and it took me a couple days to recover enough just to try somewhere else, but I'm so glad I did. First, they just recently opened their shop. The place is clean with pretty easy parking. The receptionist was friendly and the place was clean. Most important though, the deep tissue massage was excellent. The massage therapist took her time, used careful pressure and slow strokes, and didn't rely too much on elbows and forearms. It was definitely deep tissue and I knew I'd be a bit sore but that it would be good later and even made a comment about this, so the massage therapist gave me a few extra minutes to help me with some stretching, which I think helped me to recover much more quickly. My eyelashes were well applied (full, well set, properly angled) and she did it so quickly and gently. I have been to a few other places for this same service in the past, but I experienced pain during the application and lashes that fell out right away. Lin was the total opposite.
