I had neck and shoulder problem. It's been my biggest problem forever because I spend 10 hours a day in front of computer. I was not sure about the session since I had many bad experiences. Tessie focus on those areas more so than the rest on my body and was able to loose them up. She used enough pressure but not to hurt me.
