They should state that they don't take care of lawns with blended grasses (so having both Bermuda and St Augustine). And don't expect any "consulting" services - we apparently had grubs and it killed a large patch of grass in our front yard. The guys that come put the fertilizer on the lawn are just techs and don't know anything about lawns in general.
