I decided to try out the Italian as opposed to the original parma, which added some eggplant, capsicum and olives into the mix. You order your food out of a little window in front of the kitchen and purchase your drinks from the bar (Standard practise it seems in many pub hotels). We ordered our food around 7 as a table of 16, all the food came about at about 7.30 - 7.40 and then the kitchen was closed at 8. If you want a second parma, you need to order straight away! Massive win for this place, I ordered mushroom sauce and it was free!
