If you end up spending less but get really crappy service, in the end you have to ask yourself was it worth it. They showed up a day late without so much as a courtesy call to let me know they weren't going to make my appointed day/time. When they finally cut my tree down, when it fell it destroyed a floral arrangement I had. They went and replaced the wood but it wasn't until later that I saw that they didn't replace all of what was destroyed. They did a horrible job of cleaning up and left my yard in complete shambles. My sidewalk and driveway are permanently scarred and chipped. Dale tried to assure me the long marks would 'wash off' but it's permanent damage. Dale got very belligerent with me as l pointed out the damage they caused. I had to sternly tell him he needed to lower his voice and calm down. As if that wasn't bad enough they left 80ft of timber in my yard for a week and a half. After waiting the 2 or 3 days Dale said it would take I began calling them daily. He stopped answering my calls altogether. I left message after message without hearing back. Finally I got through after remembering that dialing *67 hides your number. This trick worked as Dale answered and I told him he needed to come get these logs as it was killing my grass and well past the 2 or 3 days he said it would take. He yelled back at me telling me and I quote 'there's nothing like I can do' I told him to come get the logs or I was seeking legal action for the logs amd the damage to driveway and sidewalk. He hung up in my face but an hour later a guy shows up to take the logs. I do not recommend these guys as they are unreliable and not true to their word. Yes my tree is gone but the damage they left wasn't worth the cheaper price I paid. Not at all! CAVEAT EMPTOR....BUYER BEWARE!!!

Due to weather they had to push out the start day but showed up bright and early on the day of the job and was done in no time. While they were there got a quick quote on a few additional trees and they knocked those out too. Got another quote on the removal of about 20+ trees and again received a more than fair quote and had them perform that job a few days later. As you can see the pricing is more than fair and the job performed is still very high quality. They left the job site in excellent condition and did not damage my property at all with their equipment. I asked them to neatly stack the wood against the stump and that I would burn the wood at a later date. They did exactly that. They do also haul away but I opted to keep it. Owner Brent was very professional and educated me on various funguses and diseases that were affecting the health of my trees. He had to work around my house, neighbors fences, my walkway and my driveways - and was able to drop the trees in a manner that kept everything safe! Brent also cleared out several stumps from a previous round of tree cutting (my last guy didn't offer stump grinding, so I was thankful to get these stumps out of my yard!). As I watch the storms outside of my window - I'm relieved that I no longer have to worry about these trees falling. I'd 1000% recommend these guys for tree removal and stump removal!
