Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. While the actual roof replacement was completed, we were extremely disappointed with the, lack of attention to detail and care throughout the process. The crew left behind a significant amount of debris, which we had to clean up ourselves. There was visible damage to our front gutter over the garage, and they caused nail punctures in the flashing on the right side of the roof. To make matters worse, there was tar smeared on our home's siding from the roof tear-off process. One of the key issues was our dryer vent, which we needed them to repair as part of the project. Rather than doing the job correctly, they installed a cheap $10-20 vent that didn't even sit flush against the siding. Their solution? Clear silicone caulk around the edges, an unprofessional shortcut from a company that advertises itself as experts in roofing, siding, and gutters. This type of work should have been completed with care and precision the first time. We made multiple attempts to contact Guy Roofing to address these issues. Although they did eventually follow through and come back to correct the problems, it took repeated phone calls and persistence on our end. Even then, the initial attempts to fix things felt like the bare minimum, and only after pushing did they finally complete the job to our satisfaction. In summary, while the roof itself was replaced, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering using Guy Roofing, especially for work recommended through an insurance company, be prepared to advocate strongly for quality and follow-up. From Starr to finish our process, took roughly 6 weeks.

They sent some guy out for 5 minutes to look at the work I needed done, then they didn't contact me for 6 days. When they finally called, he tells me immediately "my system is down but it will cost you $1,200 to fix" I ask if he will replace it and he says no, we'll "pull it back into place" I told him I wanted a list of the work they were going to do before I pay. and he says that's all they're gonna do. My advice: Find a roofing company that knows what they're doing!
