We also clearly mentioned that one of our guests was vegetarian, yet the server did not thinking to ask us whether we wanted to omit fish sauce from the mango salad. We found out after tasting, that there was fish sauce in it. We were not given serving spoons or plates, even though it was clear the dishes were being shared. We had to ask and it took a while to arrive. We also had to ask for straws, napkins, and chopsticks. Surprisingly, we were told they had run out of chopsticks, which was unexpected at an Asian/sushi restaurant. We noticed several people eating sushi with their fingers, us included. The sushi by the way, was very good! Another disappointing part of the evening was the wait for our bill. After finishing our meal, we waited at least 20 minutes before receiving the check, even though our server knew we were done, and we could see her behind the desk just leisurely chatting with another server, while she wiped place mats.
