They offer a lot of pedicure options, honestly, almost too many. It felt overwhelming trying to figure out which one was actually worth it. Prices were fair, though, so that helped balance things out. Inside, the atmosphere wasn't the brightest. The lighting made the space feel a bit gloomy, and while it may have been clean, it didn't look fresh or crisp. The pedicure chairs were placed very close together, which made the setup feel cramped. They even do eyebrows right there in a chair in front of the pedicure station, convenient, but definitely not the most private or relaxing vibe. The manicure area was nice. The seats were plush and comfortable, oh and the pedicure chairs had a great massage feature, honestly my favorite part of the whole visit. However, when it came to the actual nail work, my cuticles weren't properly done. They weren't cleaned up the way I expected, which made the polish look a little unfinished at first. My nails came out okay overall. I actually had to give them a day before I could appreciate them. Overall, Le Nails has some strengths: fair pricing, comfy chairs, and relaxing massages but the atmosphere and some of the detailing in the nail work could use improvement.

She had the audacity to hold my card and raise her voice saying next time they don't give me what I asked for I should snatch my hand away. I responded NEXT TIME??? please give me my credit card and let me leave. She held me and my credit card hostage as she ranted loudly refusing to take accountability and blaming me for inability to listen to her customer. This place is horrible!!! absolute nightmare. They just redesigned the place with new comfortable chairs . It looks great. It does take a little time, but I'd rather them take their time and do it right . I have been going for about a year. I explained clearly that I had old color, new growth with some gray, and naturally dark hair that tends to lift brassy. Instead of blending, bleach was applied in solid lines and processed all the same. The result was completely uneven--white where I had gray, orange/brassy where I had old color, and yellow/gold at the regrowth. There was no transition or blending at all, just obvious streaks. I was told it was toned, but there was no visible improvement. It's now been two months, and after spending hundreds of dollars at another salon, I am still trying to correct the damage from this service. I would not trust this salon for any kind of color work.
