The most absolutely disgusting and horrible nail salon and eyelash extension please, I have ever been to !!! I went in there and they gave me eyelash extensions made of plastic and she glued them to my skin instead of to my lashes. I ended up having to have her remove them after a huge fight over text and her tried to give me some weird sob story about how she needed to keep my money . She ended up removing the eyelashes, ripping out all of my eyelashes, giving me a chemical burn to my eyes and scratching my cornea I ended up having to go to the emergency room and put on antibiotics. This is the worst nail salon. I have natural thick nails and after coming here they drilled my nails down to the point that they are now splitting on the sides. One of the was so bad that I went in to get it fixed and they didn't even want to fix it. If you have natural nails I wouldn't recommend coming here because they don't know what they are doing. They may have one or two technicians in there that knows how to do nails and they are the ones that are booked, everyone else is trash. read more

I went in, and they rushed me when they knew more people were coming in. They didn't even paint the entire nail. They forgot the edges of my nails, they were sloppy. Also, when I got home I noticed my nails had bubbles in the paint. I paid $37 for a bad mani. Pedi was eh, I noticed when I got home they none of my toe nails were shaped the same. I went here on 9/2/14 for an eyelash perm. Hahn did a great job. She is friendly, efficient and skilled. It is rare to find a salon that does eyelash perming and while this one is out of the way, it's worth the trip for the service. The salon itself is a little run-down and could use some sprucing up. read more

I had eye brows waxed a few days prior which was listed on price list as $10 But I was instead charged $12 I knew immediately it wasn't the same price as listed on price list but didn't want to argue over $2. So just to make sure I asked for price list to take home before booking pedicures for my daughters and I which said $30 Regular Pedicure and $36 for Spa Pedicure which included Intensive Callus treatment. When I got there and they ALREADY Started I mentioned how happy I was and needed the intensive callus treatment to which they said oh that's more $. I referred to their brochure & menu they gave me previously when getting eyebrows waxed & handed me I store also!!! They talked amongst each other before telling me "oh it's $5 more for all these prices for Covid!" "Now you know!1 I feel it's wrong to not honor the prices listed on in store menu AND on brochures #2 to tell me it's more after starting. And they were in a hurry I felt. Not happy at all. Deceptive practices Bate & Switch! There are 17 Nail salons within 3 miles of me. So can & will go elsewhere & will be sure to spread the experience. read more
