This is a private room with a table for manicures as well as a pedicure spa chair. Traci is extremely welcoming but I love the most is that she explains what she's doing along the way to keep you informed. The nice part about this is also an educational process. To make sure that you were doing things at home in between pedicures to maintain fabulous healthy feet. She's also super cognizant of the type of experience that you want to have. If you want to have a relaxing experience with no talking or you want to get some work done you can do that. If you want to talk with her during the appointment you can do that as well. Everything is very clean and puts you at ease. Throughout the pedicure she was very thorough with making sure that my feet looking as great as they possibly could. She also provide you with a warm neck pillow and make sure you know exactly how to use the massage chair to get the full experience. I went in a bit skeptical (5* ya know) and her salon was tidy, sparkling clean, and organized. The nails, perfection. She interviewed me as I interviewed her. Gracious and professional with a capital G and P. All of my following appointments for the next three months were happily and enthusiastically identical. I was looking for some where that I was able to get in the same day and get a quality shellac manicure. I don't like rushed feel I get at most nail salons. I called Traci, and she was able to get me in right away! I have only had OPI gel manicures done before, but Traci does CND Shellac. They had a color similar to the OPI color I normally get, so I was all in! Traci was extremely informative on the products she uses as well as maintaining my nails on my own to make her amazing work last longer. I was only going to get a manicure but after I saw how awesome my nails were, how could I not want my toenails done too?! Normally when I get a gel/shellac manicure, I am always able to find an edge around my cuticles to pick at or they start to peel by the second day. Traci left no edges for me to pick at (which I am extremely thankful for), and informed me on how to get the most life out of my shellac.
