The decor of the facility is truly unique. It's that older 70s blend of color tones. Its retro design is done well . The numbers for each floor are adorned with hot wheels cars and then painted over. Luckily, BLVD parking lot was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. I parked here and paid for each night. There is no in and out access. Once you exit, it will be considered as one day's parking. It's a hidden gem because it's right on the Las Vegas strip close to The Showcase Mall and right across the street from The Eaterly. Very easy to park. Pretty safe. Lots of spaces to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. Even if I'm not staying at the hotel, I would park here for the day and walk to where I need to visit on the Las Vegas strip. Funny, I stayed for the week and I did not once check out the BLVD shopping center. I'll have to add it to my list to see next time I am in town. Thanks BLVD Parking!

Looking for parking…read morein the area, we noticed that there was the BLVD parking facility located on South Las Vegas Blvd. It's part of the new BLVD on Las Vegas. It will have shopping, dining, and entertainment in the complex. Right now, there were only a few shopping stores, and How Ya Dough'n at the top of the BLVD. They have over 1300 parking spaces. This includes free self parking as long as you plan on shopping or dining and obtain their QR validation at the stores. This is a nice departure from most of the strip garages where they will start charging you the minute you drive into the garage, unless you're a local. The overall flow of traffic in the BLVD parking area is much better managed than many other areas along the strip. The area includes designated pick up/drop off locations for ride share services as well as directional signage that directed me to the exact location I needed to be. Overall, the combination of convenience and the atmosphere of the shopping and dining area were a good match for the rest of the BLVD Las Vegas space.

I stayed this past weekend at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, and I found that parking in the garage was extremely convenient and easy. There were some challenging times when a special event was taking place, but otherwise, I am glad that we parked there. I have no idea if other casino and resort properties with parking garages are like this though. When my friend and I first arrived to the Mandalay Bay Parking Garage, we took a ticket and brought that to the front desk when we checked in. When we added parking to our stay, they took the ticket and told us to wave and scan our room key to enter and exit the parking garage. For one particular price, we were able to enter and exit as we pleased though this was self-parking. The garage was large, and it was important to note the floor number and then the letter and number of the section of the parking row that we parked in. Otherwise, we might not find our vehicle again. There were also elevators (one of the two was down) and escalators (which were not all working). When there was a special event, we had to go all the way up to the roof regardless of whether we were staying at the hotel or not. The top floor had all spaces taken, so we ended up driving down two floors and eventually parking on floor 3. It was nice when the event ended and we were able to park as low as we wanted. My favorite thing about the parking structure was that we could tell when a space was empty as there was a green light above those spots. If the space was taken, there was a red light above those spots. We just had to look for the green lights. Nevada residents receive their first 3 hours of self-parking at no charge except during special events (with a valid NV driver license). For hotel guests with a MGM Rewards status of Pearl or higher, you can receive free self-parking during a visit to the hotel or stay at the hotel or even complimentary event parking. That also goes for MGM Rewards Mastercard cardholders. Otherwise, the cost is $20-$25 per day for self-parking. I hope that parking garages near me at home start using the red and green lights!

I often use this parking, especially in summer when it's a bit cooler being undeground. There are two levels and there are two elevators in the center of each level. The problem for those not accustomed to this garage is getting to the entrance. The entrance is a right turn from 4th Street just past Fremont. Street You must be going north on 4th as it is one way north. You go down a ramp and there are two lanes with gates. When you get to the machine, press the screen where it says Get Ticket. This prints your ticket with a bar code for checking out. You then make a small right cruve to enter parking level 1. If full, you can go down to level 2. The elevators are not much of a walk no matter where you park on your level. Keep the ticket with you. When you leave, there are two kiosks near the elevators. You have two choices--send a text to the number on the ticket and pay with your phone or scan the bar code at the kiosk creen. Then insert your credit card and pay. You have the option to get a receipt. This is always a good idea. Once you have paid, you have a half hour to leave. When you get to one of the three checkoput lanes, scan the bar code in front of the screen and the gate will open. Then it's a short uphill and you come up from the garage near 4th Street and Ogden. It's very convenient. GThey have raised their prices as elsewhere. It used to be that the first hour was free. No more unless they don't advertise this benefit.

Entrance is like blink or miss it and goes down quickly. There is a height restriction, so if you have a tall vehicle check 1st. I did see some trucks in there, though. I have a small SUV crossover and get around fine. Lots of spaces and easy to walk to the elevators (if they are working) or the stairs. Restaurants vary from 1st - 3rd floors, which will require escalators if the elevators don't work as they didn't today. Hopefully they get fixed soon!

As I was driving by the front entrance, I stopped and asked for directions to the parking garage. A nice gentleman directed me to turn around and make a left. Thank you Sir! Parking was not free. Special event rate was $6.00 which is very cheap. I paid it with my credit card. No in and out privileges. There were multiple floors in the parking garage. Aisles were spacious. Parking spots had reasonable space. Area was clean. I felt very safe upon entry and exit. Parking garage was only a few minutes walk to the museum entrance which was great. If I should return to The Smith Center for future special events, I will park here again. Thank you!

Convenient parking for oversized (and regular!) cars at the airport. It is $3.00 an hour, and up to…read more$15 per day. Directly across from the terminal where you find the airport rental cars. You could literally just walk across the street. A shuttle bus comes by on occasion, too. If the terminal across the street is not the one you want, you can just hail a shuttle bus there, where they come more regularly. Hold onto your ticket (or leave it in the car). Be sure to have a credit card. They do not accept cash--it's all machines. Pick the machine on the far left on the way out. It is more reliable. The middle and far right machines sometimes get stuck. You would just have to use the black phone on the left, and pick it up. Someone will answer and you can tell them that you need help and someone will try to help you on the phone or come out.
