Review #011 - 2025 We love attending Christmas Tree Lighting events--so before our trip, I searched for all the Christmas events that were taking place in Las Vegas during our trip. I've been to their events before so I knew it was one of those events that I wouldn't want to miss, especially since it was on a day that we had no other plans. We showed up around 6 PM on Wednesday, 11/26. We got to hang out and take pictures with Santa! We enjoyed a free live concert! My daughter was extremely happy with her free cotton candy! Who doesn't like being in a happy and festive environment? We were here during Christmas back in 2022 as well and their decorations were beautiful! If you're ever visiting Vegas during the holidays, you should definitely look up their Christmas tree lighting events :) read more

It's a high end and very pretty place but there's also a lot of lame stores in here. They also have a high turnover because every time I visit there are different places in business. I imagine that the rent here has to be very high. With the restaurant options it's really the only reason we come here. Hopefully they'll be able to find better tenants and bring in some stores that people actually want to shop at. read more

I can't believe that I've never checked into Tivoli Village. I don't even know how to start this review. I've been coming here since opening, in fact my first ever Yelp review was at the first restaurant where Park Tavern is at now. I don't have it on this account because I had to start a new one (email issues) but I absolutely remember that place and my review. I don't know if Tivoli Village is a success or not, no matter when I've come throughout the years, there are always businesses that have shuttered and there is always open retail and restaurant space. Not going to lie, the businesses that are there now don't seem appealing to me at all, but I'm also not their demographic. I do like to stroll the "streets" after a big meal. This last time strolling, I found it very strange that I noticed a lot of the shops say that they close at 9PM on Saturdays but we were back in our car by 815PM after eating and walking the village and those stores were definitely not open. This place is home to one of my favorite restaurants, where we used to do birthdays every year. Now, I've found a few more restaurants that I'm going to frequent. I have to try Leone one of these days because I can't believe it's still standing after all this time. I love coming here because parking is easy and I love that it's underground. The ways up to the surface level are plentiful and gorgeously appointed. They spent a lot of money on this place and it shows, even, what 13 years (?) later. read more

Such a cute little place to grab quick bites, desserts or just simply stroll around. Lots of small stores but kinda pricey. There's a little playground perfect for families with Kids. Parking is free and theres more than enough parking for visitors. read more

When we used to hang around in Summerlin, this was the mall we hung out at. Quality/Quantity - Upscale businesses. 20 retail shops. 8 dining establishments. 8 health and beauty businesses 16 business offices. Atmosphere - Beautiful decor. Sorry, I did not have time to take more pictures. Running late for dinner; see Echo & Rig Yelp Review. Pet friendly. 2 underground parking garages, complimentary valet parking, curbside parking, etc. Events - See website. Service - High end, so expect good service. Price - Expect to pay more, but in my opinion, NOT expensive. I feel it's a good value, especially compared to the strip. So I guess it would depend if you are a local or tourists reading this...? Tivoli Village is a great experience. You can shop at stores or grab a bite to eat at one of their restaurants. If you've been to Town Square near Las Vegas Blvd, Tivoli Village is very similar. It's a beautiful outdoor complex. Hours in Tivoli Village are the following Monday - Thursday: 10:00 A.M - 8:00 P.M Friday - Saturday: 10:00 A.M - 9:00 P.M Sunday: 11:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M There are two levels of underground parking as well as street level parking. Tesla electric vehicle charges are scattered throughout the parking garages. There is also complimentary valet at the Alta Drive entrance. Check Tivoli village's website for monthly community events. In October, Tivoli Village usually hosts a Halloween Trunk or Treat. Some of my favorite restaurants are at Tivoli Village. Those includes Ada's and Al Solito Posto. Al Solito Posto has some of the best Italian food in Las Vegas! Tivoli Village is one of my go to spots in Las Vegas. It's stunning during the evening hours, especially in the Holiday seasons! The Missy and I pulled the Maserati up and were instantly out classed by the boy band group with the Lambo and Ferrari. T Village is great place to grab a drink and meal outside and just watch the money drive by. Lovely, well manicured and low-key feeling place- which is a bit ironic considering the luxury shops that make up the Tivoli Village. The weekdays are the most quiet and enjoyable. Loved the large artificial turf lawn area and the numerous opportunities of outdoor, dog friendly seating and patios. A great way to spend a relaxed afternoon or dinner meeting. read more

Nice looking center with a bit of a parking issue. I've never gotten used to the garage, and the small amount of parking outside the underground garage is usually pretty full. I live pretty close to the Village, but am still hesitant to go sometimes because of parking. There are quite a few local restaurants, shops and bars. Check out the happy hours at the various eateries, they are impressive. PKWY Tivoli is a gaming bar and restaurant, and has an impressive beer selection. El Dorado Cantina has good margaritas, at Summerlin prices. They also have a patio. Ada's is a popular wine bar that also has a patio. Tivoli has many seasonal events, and I recently went to the USA Today Food & Wine Experience, which was great. It's a nice place for outdoor events. There's a giant Restoration Hardware (RH) here, which is fun to look around in, and there's a rooftop terrace too. The Village is worth checking out for its variety of local businesses and to enjoy patio dining. read more

Love this place! It's a beautiful night so I decided to take my dog on a leisurely walk. The area is always clean and it feels like a safe place to just unwind. My fave restaurant is Leon Cafe. Have had several meals there and enjoyed almost everything that I've ordered. I also frequent LOOK since my fave nail artist is there (see my review for Nails by Maggie) I've also been here during there Night Market events. The place is packed with local vendors and they have food trucks available. Big plus! They have plenty of parking Only down side is that I wish they continue to add more shops and restaurants. read more

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Tivoli Village during their enchanting Christmas market, and I can't say enough about how magical the experience was! The atmosphere was simply beautiful, with twinkling lights adorning every corner and the delightful scent of festive treats wafting through the air. The variety of vendors was impressive, offering everything from unique handmade crafts to delicious seasonal snacks. It was a joy to stroll through the market, sipping on hot cocoa and soaking in the holiday spirit. Each stall felt like a little treasure trove, and I loved discovering one-of-a-kind gifts that you just can't find anywhere else. The live entertainment added an extra layer of charm to the evening, with carolers and musicians creating a festive backdrop that made the whole experience feel even more special. It was a perfect way to kick off the holiday season! This area is more on the pricier side versus going to summering mall area but we can't wait to come back and explore Tivoli Village once the holiday hustle and bustle dies down a bit. This place has so much to offer, and I'm looking forward to shopping around the area and enjoying all it has to offer at a more leisurely pace. If you get the chance to visit during the Christmas market next year, I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed! read more

Horrible experience ! We always used to visit and noticed restaurant changed dramatically since new ownership. Today we were eating breakfast and noticed an older man feeding his dog on the table on same plates from the restaurant . This not just gross but un sanitary. We complained to the owner and he said unfortunately I understand but hes one of the owners and can do much. This is so so disappointing ! Good luck to the business as this will be the last time we visit and will spread the word. read more

I absolutely love the shopping center and when a friend recommends that we dine here. I've been to two great restaurants here for breakfast and lunch as well as a steak dinner date night. The parking is extremely easy with tons of spaces. The center feels very upscale and relaxing. read more

Tivoli Village is a unique outdoor Shopping Center that is located on Rampart Blvd, just outside Summerlin. Varied upscale Retail Shops, Restaurants and Business Services (there's a fabulous Dance Studio too) are available to Patrons and best of all, this adorable Italian themed venue is located well off the Las Vegas Strip (meaning...you won't have to fight the crowds to enjoy it). The entire experience is do-able at a leisurely walk in 1-2 hours...although, if you decide to enjoy a meal at one of several Restaurants (all eateries here are very tempting) located within, one could easily spend the afternoon here. Parking is a snap and unlike on "the Strip"...it's FREE! So whether you come to Shop, dine, dance, walk or sit and just take in the wonderful atmosphere...Tivoli Village will hopefully enchant you, as it did me. Tivoli village is an attractive outdoor shopping area with an Italian village vibe. It's definitely social media friendly so keep the cameras ready. There's plenty of outdoor parking and the underground parking garage keeps your car cool during the hot Vegas summers. There's plenty of great restaurant options from casual to pricey sit down restaurants complete with a nice ambiance. If the weather is nice it's fun to sit outside and people watch at leone cafe as you enjoy a latte and snacks. The shopping options are limited for me and that's where Tivoli village falls a little short. Shopping is an afterthought for me at Tivoli. This is definitely not a deal breaker as I visit Tivoli frequently, to eat out. The turnover of restaurants at Tivoli is high so I'm usually asking the Summerlin BFF "Any new restos or bars to try at Tivoli" I hope Tivoli Village survives during Covid 19 because it still seemed somewhat empty when the economy was booming. I am very surprised that this mall is not jam packed on a beautiful Friday! Yes, there are quite a few empty storefronts(no doubt from Covid) but I feel like things are starting to come back and there are awesome shops there! Don't go to any Halloween or special event that cost money as they are always low budget and cost more than it should be. Last Halloween was 40 dollars each person for 2 haunted houses but it was so badly put together that it was only one continuous room and you can see concrete and fence and it was bright and cheep and nothing scary or unexpected. They think having people yell at you while walking by is scary. This is the second event we went to here and both were sad read more

There are a few perfect date night places in Vegas, and this faux Italian village in the middle of Summerlin is one of those. Where you're going on your first date or the thousandth. Tivoli has a place for casual coffee, art galleries, casual shopping or serious shopping (regretfully my wife is a fan of both:), this is the place for you. They have farmers markets, music concerts, and children plays all year around. Like most I was dubious of this massive village, but it has won me over. You feel transported to a cool village, where you can spend a beautiful afternoon, or evening with that special someone. Plus, they have revolving art murals for the Instagram moment all the kids rave about! read more

I love the ambiance and beauty of Tivoli Village. My favorite place for happy hour is Echo and Rig, awesome restaurant on top floor huge vat with potato chip slicing mechanism over huge hot oil vat that slices them into the oil and they dip them out done crispy brown and serve hot. Also best happy hour in the bar down stairs across from their big butcher shop. Also the Eldorado Cantina next to it is great Mexican food and happy hour bar! Also has a dozen Tesla super chargers in the huge parking garage below the complex. Best and most awesome complex in Las Vegas in my humble opinion! read more

Came out of parking lot and felt like I emerged in an Italian village. Lots of cafes, eateries, clothing, art and stationery shops to choose from. Drop off the boyz at Pkwy as we go shopping and looky-looking. Stop, maybe us girlz go for beers at Pkwy and the boyz go looky-looking! Go to Ada for the ice cream. It is an outdoor walking mall, but is shady/covered. Beautiful architecture and artisanal touches. Parking in structure, in back and on the lining shopping roads. read more

I've been coming to Tivoli Village since they opened. Today was a bust with this shopping mall. Tivoli is definitely not the same as they used to be and there's almost no stores of interest to even set foot in. Either they were not of interest or closed down. What happened to the days when there was Charming Charlie's, Kabuki, The Brio, the Fish House and the Crepe that had live music in the restaurant while we ate which was something we looked forward to? This shopping mall has gone down hill over the years. I was a monthly visitor and the place was always beautiful but sadly it may be my last I set foot here until they make significant improvements. read more

Nice little shopping center with various stores and restaurants. The Al dorado cantina is open for business 24/7. The cafe Leone is a great spot for breakfast, lunch. I enjoy coming here to escape the city life. Makes me feel like I'm not in Vegas anymore. Several upscale/fine dining options or perfect for a casual get together with friends for coffee, pastries, and a nice, quiet view. I really appreciate that they don't charge for parking here. It never feels crowded or loud here which is a plus. This would be a nice, peaceful area to walk your dog as well, just make sure to clean up after them.
