I chose this PetSmart location after reading several reviews by other customers. This location is a clean and safe environment, with experienced staff and expertise, gentle handling of your pet, and good communication via text to let you know when your pet is ready for pick up. We also appreciate the groomer's knowledge of our pet's health and his arthritis with the ability to handle our dog's breed, and PetSmart offers customizable grooming services. The fees are competitive and you can join the PetSmart Loyalty program, and online notices for special promotions, new product announcements, gift ideas during the holiday, Halloween costume ideas, and much more! CJ enjoys going and he is not intimidated to be dropped off at this PetSmart location. CJ comes home looking good and smelling nicely with the full haircut, trim, shampoo, nails cut and beveled, and with the Spring furminator package. We highly recommend Brittany at the PetSmart in East Walpole. Brittany is outstanding!

I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about when they complain about customer service…read moreat the Walpole PetSmart. Maybe they were talking about literally everyone except the young woman who helped us in the fish department last weekend. We walked in like we were going to be fish experts--grab some guppies, toss them in a cart, and strut out like proud new aquarium parents. Turns out, we knew approximately nothing about fish. Or snails, or shrimp--basically nothing about anything that goes in a tank besides water. Enter Fish Girl™ (young, dark hair, nose ring, probably graduated top of her class at Fish School University). She patiently answered our one million questions like a saint who somehow knew everything about aquatic life. Every answer blew my mind. Did you know snails have way more drama in their lives than you think? Neither did I--until she explained it. She wasn't just knowledgeable--she was kind, patient, and never made us feel like the clueless guppy parents we clearly were. I rarely leave reviews unless I'm either really impressed or really annoyed. This time, impressed won big time. And I must add - even at the register, the good vibes continued. The cashier was one of those happy dudes who just radiates joy, and honestly, his mood followed us out the door. We left with our fish supplies and a smile. I even decided to return my cart all the way back INTO the store because of my experience and the guy smiled, "Thanks!" You got it, man. So yeah--managers of PetSmart Walpole: please give Fish Girl with the nose ring a raise. She deserves it. Our new fish and snails would 100% agree.

He is really good with this type of mental attack - highly recommend to business majors who want to experience hard-sell practices of the 80's. Just remember that you'll pay $225 for the privilege.

David is a wonderful trainer! We brought Mango, our 10 month old GSD, who was aggressive to anyone,…read moreincluding my 9 y.o. sons friends, whenever they entered our house. Mango was friendly and socialized outside our property, but would attempt to bite anyone who stepped into our driveway. Mango, also doubles as a Houdini, can unlock and open any door (including with child locks) and would go outside whenever he heard anyone close to our property. Multiple dog owners recommended David. We brought Mango in and were told that he was spoiled (I mean how can he not be, he's so handsome), not properly socialized and tightly wound. David boarded Mango for 2 weeks and worked with us intently everyday on proper dog handling. At the end of the training, Mango came home a new dog. He was very relaxed, listened- even my son could handle him. We're very grateful to David for training our dog. David runs a high quality training center: the kennels were always clean (my dog didn't smell like urine or feces when he came home signaling he was kept clean). I recieved video updates and was welcomed to work my dog with other dogs to ensure I had proper management prior to him coming home. I would highly recommend David.

These are the teenage years when they test a lot and we were all acclimating to each other. From our first assessment session our dog (and we) learned a ton and Pam gave us plenty of tips for moving forward. We booked 5 more sessions and we saw our dog's behavior, and our ability to react appropriately to misbehavior, improve immensely. There were improvements with jumping, counter surfing, leash walking, recall, and "leave it," to name a few. Pam personalizes every session, provides really helpful session summaries and handouts, and is available always for questions. We're going to sign up for a group class with her this summer, too. 12/10 recommend Pam and Down4Paws!

She is always patient with our puppy and with us and our kids. Pam involves the entire family in the training process, which we felt was unique when searching for a trainer. We have 3 young children, ranging in age from two to seven, and she was able to seamlessly differentiate instruction so everyone understood and could participate. After working with Pam for 5 weeks, our puppy is able to seamlessly perform all of the obedience tasks she taught in training. We have decided to go even further with our training because the results we have seen already have been met beyond our expectations. I would recommend Pam without ANY hesitation for anyone looking for a reliable trainer with proven results!

I had a weird experience with this place recently. I find their method of communication to be rude…read moreand not the social norm. I emailed them and we decided to meet. They notified me of a time the next day that they scheduled , when I was working of course. Notice I said notified and not asked. The appropriate thing to do would be to give your availability and to ask when the person is available. I let them know I had to work and let them know when I would be available. They then sent a message on the same day I said I had to work all day to see if I could talk via Skype or google plus sometime that day, saying it would be easier for everyone. They also let me know they had attached a form for me to fill out and asked if I could either scan it and email back or take photographs of it to email back. Huh?? What a weird place. I live ten minutes away. You either want to meet or you don't and no I am not taking ten photographs of a 3 page form to email back to you. How bizarre. I let them know that I do not have the technology to Skype and let them know again when I would be available to meet in person. They never replied back to me. Um wow. I will definitely pass on any kind of interaction with this place and advise others do the same. Not replying back is rude and this was the most bizarre experience I've had with a place like this. Learn some social skills and professionalism people. 3/29/2015 - A harassing message was e-mailed to me by a staff member of the daycare. It was one of the rude people that I spoke to in e-mail before writing my initial review, Colleen. She told me to take my review the F*** down. Not exactly mature or professional. I have the snapshot of the message as a JPEG if anyone wants to see it. The review is accurate so be better at your job and get over it

He was so happy to have a lot of area to play. On his first day the staff sent pictures of how much fun he was having. They also gave me a report card of his day. So cute!
