They were beyond compassionate. Understood that all his appointments had to be made around his radiation and chemo treatments and overall gave him 110% care. After his passing I finally got a second poodle who is fearful but he loves the ladies there and because of their fear free certification (something I also go to a vet with) I feel safe leaving him. As you can see in the picture he's a very calm happy boy there. And my girl goes in and greets them like long lost family. She'd live in the salon if she could. Absolutely recommend

What was most disappointing was that she never apologized, made any effort to look into what happened, or offered to reschedule. Instead, she was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. Even though the mistake was clearly on her end, she showed no concern for the inconvenience it caused. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this was a very negative first experience, and I would not recommend this groomer based on how the situation was handled.

Extremely Disappointed - No Patience for Puppies or Professionalism…read more Honestly, this has been the worst daycare experience I've ever had--and I work at a vet clinic, so I'm familiar with the standards of care and behavior management expected around animals. On just my puppy's second half-day, I received a call saying he was being kicked out due to "anxiety." He's a 5-month-old puppy, still learning, and yes--he chews, like all puppies do. Instead of redirecting that behavior or giving him any sort of chance to adjust, the manager claimed he was "destroying property" by chewing the fence and decided he was not a good fit. I was told he was pacing and not playing with other dogs. But pacing doesn't necessarily mean anxiety, and he has never shown signs of anxiety in the month we've had him. In fact, during his first visit, the staff said he was sweet, well-behaved, and even called him their favorite. So which is it? It felt like a complete 180 overnight--with no attempt to work with him, redirect behaviors, or help him settle in. Puppies need time, patience, and structure--not to be written off after one or two short visits. The experience leads me to believe that the staff, especially the manager, may lack the proper training or understanding needed to support puppies still in their developmental stages. I truly hope they consider additional training in animal behavior and communication--because right now, it seems more about convenience than care.

He did not greet my dog or communicate with him like other salon owners have. I won't call him a groomer because he did not GROOM my dog, but SHAVED him, even though the breed should not be shaved, as I clearly mentioned. I was tempted to not pay, but didn't want to argue because I wasn't sure what he was capable of. This owner should not be in the dog business. AVOID THIS SALON!

This guy is absolutely…read moreatrocious and it seems like it's only a matter of time before he injures your pet while under his care. I took my black lab to him 3 times and he told me what most people that meet my dog tell me, "She's so easy to handle, she just stood there, she was GREAT!" So no problem right? Then appointment 4. Going to pick up my lab (who is a retired service dog just for reference) I was told that she damaged his hose and was extremely difficult. Baffled, initially I apologized and took her home, noticing her limping more than usual. (She has slight arthritis in her hind leg) I thought it was my imagination that she seemed to be favoring another paw. Safely home she lies down for a bit, when she got up it all made sense when I saw the blood stain on the carpet. This incompetent pet mercenary had cut her nails first, two of which he cut waaay too short nicked her vein and got increasingly frustrated when she no longer wanted him near her. I called back and left messages stating that I wanted to know why he didn't just take responsibility for making the kind of mistake a professional groomer shouldn't make. But he never called back. My vet confirmed my hypothesis and has also heard horror stories about this guy. So maybe you'll be fine 2-3 maybe even 4 or 5 times but he will make a mistake and hurt your pet and then blame you.
