Well, we gave Dr. Conner just 5 stars because we the system wouldn't all us to give her ten stars…read more She was very easy to connect with via text, phone, and email. She was flexible on our setting an appointment with her. She really took the time to get to know our 18 year old puppy, Sophie. The whole experience from the day we connected with Dr. Conner to the day Sophie (her ash's) "came home" was remarkably caring, compassionate, and loving. We recommend Dr. Conner for any person or family in that incredibly difficult time in life, that time when we compassionately need to say goodbye to the companions that have loved on us their whole lives. Thank you Dr. Conner

Dr. Conner at Constant Companion was an absolute blessing during the hardest time of my life…read more My dog was diagnosed with a terminal neurological condition two months ago. She was not in pain, but her condition changed minute to minute--sometimes worse, sometimes better--depending on progression and medication response. Deciding when to let her go was incredibly difficult. What I knew without hesitation was that, due to her severe stress at the vet, I did not want her final moments to be anywhere but home. Unfortunately, securing an at‑home appointment isn't always easy, and my biggest fear was that her condition would suddenly decline and I wouldn't be able to get someone to my house in time--forcing her last moments to be spent frightened at a clinic. Dr. Conner completely removed that fear and stress. She worked around our needs, scheduled appointments with incredible flexibility, and canceled or adjusted them without guilt or pressure. Her number one concern was always my little girl's comfort and dignity. That flexibility gave me the greatest gift anyone could offer in this situation--the ability to make the right decision at the right time, without the added stress of trying to force such a deeply personal moment into an external calendar beyond my control. Dr. Conner's compassion, patience, and understanding meant everything to us. I will forever be grateful. I used copilot to finalize my thoughts but the above is 100 percent accurate reflection of my experience.

They've taken good care of her while she's in their care. I've had no issues whatsoever. I love the new location, super roomie and welcoming. Colleen is truly the best! We picked him up and literally within 10 minutes his eyes swollen up and we took him to the ER Where they said he had blunt forced to his eye. They didn't even do a good job overall this place is actually quite sketchy. I have taken my dog to other places and this was the second chance I gave them. I can't believe these vulgar beasts treat our fur babies in such a manner. They are the worst groomers please please do not take your fur babies to them. The lady who helped me was the heavyset younger woman I should have left when I got there. The older lady also heavyset kind of dragged him in. He didn't want to go, and I figured he was just being a little sketchy cause he doesn't like to leave my side Believe me when I say this they are horrendous. My dog is a $5000 miniature doodle and they poked him in the eye and then denied it. It ended up costing me over $1100 to take him to the ER. These beasts will definitely be hearing from my attorney.
