When I called them to discuss next steps they said that they would not refund me anything at all and only offered the next service for free. I was even laughed at by the man on the phone despite being a loyal customer for almost five years. I promptly canceled my services. They would literally spend two minutes cleaning up the dog poop. I appreciated that sentiment since I had two other dogs and still wanted the service. The next month I paid the same amount that I was paying before, just one less dog since he had passed and that's what I had understood from the conversation with Vic prior. Unfortunately I understood wrong. Vic blew my my phone up today about his new prices to the point where it was obnoxious. I honestly was offended by him not sticking to his verbal word and chose not to continue the service, effective immediately. I told him to keep the money for the upcoming weeks because clearly he needed it and went on with my day at work. Vic went absolutely unhinged and harassed me for several hours by calling me, sending dozens of text messages, and also sending videos of himself even after I asked him to stop contacting me. Vic continued berating me over the course of an hour and went as low as insinuating that I was racist towards Mexicans, that I enjoyed having slaves, and he also belittled my personal finances/ housing situation.... Absolute nut job. This man cannot take no for an answer and his behavior to rejection is incredibly threatening and concerning. Employ this weirdo at your own risk.

I also want to give a special thank you to the receptionist who helped me sign up for the one-time service. I had just lost my dog of six years after she unexpectedly had a seizure and passed away. On top of the heartbreak, I had to pay for her cremation, so I couldn't afford the higher prices that some other companies were charging. When I called Doo Doo Squad, the receptionist was incredibly kind, respectful, and empathetic during such a difficult time. Her compassion meant more to me than she probably realizes.
