We went in and there were multiple staff members standing behind the desk talking amongst themselves, but not helping customers who were looking to book a room. Multiple customers were waiting for help with rooms including us, but there were a select few employees doing everything while there were another 5 or so employees standing behind the desk talking. I went up to the desk to ask for help finding a room, but the employee at the desk told me to ask for help from someone on the floor. Again, there were only two employees helping more customers on floor, while there were about 5 employees behind the desk, talking with each other. So, we waited patiently because we saw that the two employees working on the floor were clearly busy. We kept waiting, but the part that made me write this review, was that the same employee who told my girlfriend and I to ask somebody else for help, was the same employee who went up to new customers walking in to greet them not even 5 minutes later. I understand if every employee was super busy, that we would need to wait a while for service because everyone was busy. But why did we wait 25 minutes, just for new customers to walk in after us and get help from the employees behind the desk who told us to ask someone else for help? After about 35 minutes of waiting, the store was basically empty now, and an employee asked if we needed help then. Really strange experience. If the place is really busy, I wouldn't visit, you probably won't get much help.

We are not pet lovers in any stretch of the imagination. We only own for the most part turtles and pet fish. But the things you do when you love your kids right? We pass by the pet store daily and decided to stop in with our daughter. It is a fairly tight space but they make good use of it. There are lots of cute puppies of various breeds and the employees including the owner who is very present gave us a quick break down on "puppy ownership 101". We were surprised that dog ownership can be on the pricey side especially the ones as young as the puppies(2,000+). But this place does give you a lot of value for the cost. They offer free classes for the life of your pets to teach you how to potty train, overall take care and other various areas of pet ownership and it's never a cost as long as you purchased your pet from their store. They have lots of accessories to go with your purchase including a fence that you can put inside of your home and of course several varieties of dog food as well as travel gear. All of the animals appear be well taken care of and we love the fact that they are a Christian owned establishment and they are very vocal about that. They also do not purchase dogs from what's called a puppy mills, or shady dog breeding companies. So that's good to know and they also include proof of lineage with each pet purchase. We are not ready to take the leap and become pet owners yet but this place appears to be a very good option and the employees look like they really care about the well-being of every animal that sets foot in here.

One area smelled so bad from cat urine and feces I could not stay in the room for more than a minute. Litter boxes seriously needed to be cleaned. 2nd time going to Cat Rangers and unimpressed both times.
